I just started EQ and plan on running it at 600mg with 400mg of test during basketball season. I thought the EQ would be good because of the increased red blood cells and maybe an endurance boost. If it increases my HR wouldn't that be bad for an endurance sport?
It would be fine for basketball. The increase in HR is fine too. People take ECA or caffeine or other stimulants to increase HR before endurance events or working out. People run into problems with stimulants/increased HR/exercise whrn they over do the stimulant AND/OR have heart disease or asthma.
However it should be noted all AAS exert some CNS effect (stimulation or depression) and that effect tends to be much less pronounced than the CNS stimulating effect of true stimulants.
Drink lots of water-this helps keep your blood thin and free flowing-seriously.
When a person tells you an elavated heart rate is good, just disreguard everything else he has to say. Heart, kideys and liver all get taxed. You only get so many heart contractions in your lifetime you may use them up early...
