3 lbs of beef isn't that much really. Only about 350g protein at the most I think.

Last night I made a bacon wrap. 10 strips of bacon wrapping up 1 pound of ground pork filled with cooked bacon "bits" inside. Cook oven wrapped in aluminum foil for 2 hours and then enjoy!



In the end most of it comes down to food.

jesus, what kind of GH were you taking? and did it ever occur to you that maybe you should scale back the dosage?

classic symptom hands hurting. I used to and stopped. and just kept doin slin. now that ive been off for three years my guts awfull.
