At least he does it for a good reason which I respect...the reason I said it would be a waste for some of us including me is that just the tought of eating 3-5 lbs of ground beef a day year round is rough:)

I eat 3-4 lbs of ground pork a day (can't get beef here). Serves me well :)

please explain how testosterone could even remotely possibly make your dick grow? If that were even remotely the case, it would be QUITE obvious at any bb show. In fact the "reverse" seems to be the case. Actual tissue growth in the cock, which isn't a muscle.......could only possibly be achieved by GH. But it would have to be in conjunction with some kind of stretching excersises as there has to be some "damage" to the cock to get it to grow back a little bigger. But alas I don't even think GH can do that as all those bb'ers stepping on stage take loads of GH too..........and none of them look like they're swinging pipe, like at all. Even the black guys.
 
and if you have to take that much GH a day I think you've fucked up your bodies hormone profile to the point where most of that 20iu's is wasted. I've learned the hard way about what happens when you mess with your bodies natural hormonal profiles. Roids and GH were meant to be supplements.....meaning you did em in a way which didn't fuck with your natural output of hormones. And just eating pounds of meat everday is not having your diet in check. I don't care what your physical output is, getting all those calories from animal proteins alone is a huge mistake for long term health. We were meant to have diets similiar to bears who at times during the year are strict vegetarians, than fish eaters, than meat eaters, than fasters for 3 months. lol

I don;t know how you do it bro...If I can eat 1 lbs a day is good of ground beef maybe 2 but that's it and can't do it every day either....I would imagine lipids would be off the chart

I may eat 3-5 lbs a week of ground beef if that the rest is like eggs, chicken, fish some soy etc...More power to you man if you can do it

Where can't you get beef?

I try to drain everything or make it into soup/shakes with the ground pork. I'm currently 134 kgs which is about 295 lbs or so, fairly active.

Check my profile, I live on a small island. HOT (I mean hot like you can't imagine...still 100F today) and never rains. We don't have beef cattle here.
