eca=flat clen=rock!

if you are going by the scales then yes eca may work better, but clen is used for muscle wasting and is very anti catabolic where as with eca it will eat anything including muscle
 
I definitely agree with the anabolic part. I see definite strength increases from clen. It's not placebo, because I did not expect any effects from clen as far as my workout, but beofer the clen cycle was all over, I could not deny that it was helping me out alot post cycle. I'll use it as a bridge from here on out.
 
i did notice a strength increase, a pretty big one at that, but i wasn't sure if it was the clen. being that i was doing nothing else i suppose it probably was. i guess i just expected to much as far as it being a fat burner. you know, now that i think about it i think i will finish off the rest of it. this was my first cycle of clen and i did 2 weeks on and was going to take 2 weeks off. just how long does it take for your receptors to recuperate? can i only wait a week and do another 2 week cycle? just when the side effects were pretty much tolerable and i noticed a good strength gain the two weeks was up, maybe if i had gone one more week i would have saw better results????
