Eating.....??

I'm cycling 125mg EOD of Test. Prop and running it 10 weeks......My diet usually consists of burgers, (home-made lean burgers) chicken strips(again, home-made), egg whites, or egg white sandwiches, on wheat bread and usually a homecooked meal for supper. I am wondering how much would I have to eat of all this daily to gain? I usually start off with 4 egg whites in the morning with a piece of wheat toast and a glass of milk, then before lunch another serving of egg whites or a piece of chicken or half a burger......then lunch the same usually soup thrown into the mix, so on and so forth until around 10 where I stop eating. I also throw a little fast food into the diet, but it's only once a week and it's always chicken sandwiches like grilled chicken breasts or chicken strips.......anyway just wondering what else I could be doing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks bros

Didn't hear you mention anything bout shakes ? I would throw in a shake or two daily. Take 1 post workout and 1 before bed, quick and easy 100 grams of protein. Do you like fish ? Salmon and Tuna are both great sources of protein. It would help if you could lay out your diet through out the day and possably give us a total calorie intake, so we can better critique it.

Salmon is not only rich in protein, but in murcury too!!!! :FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol:

Tuna and Shakes get that protein, everything else looks ok. Some oats, chicken, fruits, veggies, etc...

Ok that's cool, I can't really afford all of that right now (tight budget with xmas, school, work part time right now) once I get a new job it will be good b/c I am finished college. I was just wondering if I will gain if I train hard, eat what I posted and use Test. Prop. like I said I was........thanks to all who respond and have so far. Appreciate it guys

salmon actually has the least mercury of almost all available seafood.

somewhere around 10 parts per billion. about 35 times less than your average piece of tuna, lobster or halibut.

Not sure, I"m really trying to eat a lot but it's so tough on the income I have......I only work part-time as of now and I want to gain on my cycle but will not eating enough totally destroy any chance of gains? I'm trying to eat 6 small meals a day......chicken, burgers, egg whites, stuff like that.

your diet may be the most important aspect of any progress you will make. If you don't think you'll be able to make the dietary commitments right now, it would be a waste to run the cycle IMO

Not what I've been hearing all year long from the news reports.

cnovajason, what are you expecting to gain from doing prop only cycle? You shoulda gone with enanthate at least and 600mg per week.

what is more prevalent in the news is the high levels of everything in that aquaculture crap, fish farms. Now that's some nasty shit! Stay faaarrrrrr away. However, there is still risky levels of Hg in a lot of sea bearing fish as well, including one of our favorites...tuna.

http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~frf/sea-mehg.html <- some of it might be old but still a good reference for what kinds of fish seem to retain higher levels of Hg then others.

wolf's turkey chili. 1 cup has 20g of protein, and hardly any fat. its fairly cheap and with a little cheese it tastes godamn good. one question though, i know turkey has that chemical in it that makes you sleepy, would it effect you if you ate a cup of turkey chili before you went to the gym?

Dude, that's a government website. You're kidding me. It's like saying the goverment says 500,000jobs added this month, ....yeah, in mcdonalds!!!!! That info is bullshit and whoever put it there.

Yes, I'm sorry, you're right. There's a long-running government conspiracy to decieve the public on how much mercury is in ONE fish. Following your logic, the entire FDA must be owned by the mighty salmon industry. (where actually, it is the pharmacetical industry)

And actually, in a more serious matter, the same corporations/people who "own" the government..."own" the tv stations, the radio stations and the newspapers. So really, what's the difference? But in general, they don't have to lie on studies like I posted, because hardly anyone reads them anyhow.

Morover, this is why I supplied two (2) sources of information. If you had actually followed the first link of my previous post, you would have hopefully realized that gotmercury.org is not a government website. If anything, they would be more biased to noting HIGHER levels in the fish. But, instead of retracting your mis-informed statement, (which there would be no shame in doing, really) you keep fighting it. Its ok bro, let it go...

oh yes, this is from their "about" page... http://www.gotmercury.org/about.htm

"ABOUT GOTMERCURY.ORG
Gotmercury.org is part of Turtle Island Restoration Network's efforts to protect the environment and the public from mercury. Because of the ubiquitious nature of mercury in our environment and because federal and state public health agencies are not doing enough to raise public awareness and protect the public from mercury, we developed gotmercury.org.

This online tool takes the mystery out of which seafood is safe to eat with regard to the presence of mercury in certain species of seafood and allows consumers to make informed choices about eating seafood. "

wanna bulk on a budget try this
get extra vrigin olive oil and some italian spices.. and dip wheat bread into the oil w/ spices its a great way to add quality cals cheaply and very quickly..

i used this 2-3x a day when i had a super hectic schedule and it worked great...

turkey and or roastbeef on wheat is also a quick way but not really the cheapest

Cool guys thanks for the responses.....I'll try anything right now, except spending a lot more money lol.......I am going to get potatoes, keep up with chicken, egg whites and burgers, and throw in the ex. virgin olive oil with the wheat bread to up calories a bit.......I can't stand tuna even though it's SO great for you...I gag every time I eat and I am not going to force myself through it. I don't have the cash for protein shakes or bars right now so I try to eat every couple of hours usually consisting of egg whites, wheat bread with chicken or burgers......Any other little sweet tips like Judo gave would be appreciated..... a small fixer upper for some extra calories or protein........like peanut butter on wheat........is that ok for bulking.....if so how much a day? Thanks again guys you have all been a great help!

Also I should make gains on Test Prop running 125 EOD right? Yomamma I don't understand why I shouldn't gain anything on this cycle......I've been told that Prop produces really good results with hard training and a good diet. Anyone else in here agree with me on this?

Also I will have some cash saved up to run a Test Prop and Dbol cycle for the next bulking cycle........Or are there any other good combos you guys have in mind?
