thank you guys for all the compliments and kind words... i'll do my best to get my diet posted... i just am always hesitant because there's always some fucking know it all that tries to argue with the way i do things and i dont need the aggravation... my body just reacts a certain way and I have figured out what works for it... its not the most conventional and its not even what i recommend to others but its what works FOR ME... I have put over a decade of study into all of this and I document EVERYTHING that I do... I keep track of everything that I eat and every bit of training I do and I know what works for me... I will get things posted soon...
As far as off cycle... I always bridge with sarms although i am really considering cruising into my next cycle with sarms on the cruise... I haven't decided yet... Either way, I will be working hard as fuck all the time... =)

My vascularity, strength and overall feeling is amazing... I am running 7-8 miles a day, stairclimbing 2 miles a day and weight training 6 days a week like a madman... An example of the strength gain... I did NEGATIVES for sets of 10 on dumbbell inclines with 100 lb. dumbbells... I am setting pr's on everything and feeling amazing...
A few things that have definitely helped... The gym I am at now has the widest array of equipment I have ever seen... I always use machines a bit in my workouts but with the options I have now, I have almost utilized them in half of all of my workouts... Here are all the options we have there...
LifeFitness, Nautilus, Hoist, Bodymasters, Precor, Magnum, TechnoGym, etc... There are so many options and so many different ways to hit the muscle concentration area and I am able to constantly switch what I am doing and continuously shocking my muscles which is allowing for optimal growth...
Another excellent thing that I have been able to do is sit in the hot tub and steam room after every workout and that really is a big deal for so many reasons... It is allowing me to recover much better and to sweat out a lot of toxins as well... It has been great for my overall well being and has been awesome in recovery...

Looking vascular as a mother fucker bro! Nice work! Hopefully I should be right there with ya before long on bodyfat. I'm at the midpoint of my cycle and switching to shred mode! 6% or bust!
just thought about it... NO! im extremely uncomfortable with too much size... i care way too much about how women look at me as opposed to guys... i love being shredded... i love eating the way i do... i love training the way i do... this is the only way i prefer to be... i put on more size than i even tried to on this cycle... im very happy with it and i want to continue to stay in this range of size... there is never any need for me to go any higher than this... i am happy and comfortable and thats the most important...

Dylan - damn man you look amazing congrats on the results.
You are a shining example of what the good bros (including yourself) keep preaching - focus on strict diet, and hard training....use drugs as the icing on the cake.
