Chest pump was sick. Food stayed almost identical to the previous day. eating chicken and rice and ground beef and rice daily. Weight is up 206lbs so thats a god sign and BF is def down. another 10 days Ill update a pic. Feeling super strong and EQ hasnt kicked in yet. Strength could be stupid when anadrol and Tren get started. Cant wait

Update for 2-12-24 did Bis and tris workout here. I fasted Sunday 24 hrs then did it again on Monday...so Diet was light obviously
