Flat DB tri extensions, Incline elbows out tri extensions, flat db presses facing each other for 3 sets of 20... you go i go style, some crazy almost kettlebell core strength swing type movements, db rows when i'm beat and like looking kewl in front of the bb'ers, hammer curls for warm -ups...
I just picked up my first kettlebell, this is one of the exercises i plan on doing with them.
I use dumbells for one set of incline or flat on raw bench days, and some isolation delt work. That is about it, sometimes some dumbell rows. I hope to be using kettlebells a bit soon.
