Have know promblem admitting it. I think I lost more bf that month than I would have doing morning cardio on an empty stomach!

turn off the TV entirely and cut the Xbox cord and spend time with the kids?
 
on but I thought the mounds of laundry and dishes prevented you from quality time with the kids

I think this is valid, however sometimes allowing tv and game time for the kids allows you to get some things done, and can't hurt them if given in moderation.

who said anything about preventing the time with the kids? Thats part of the job. Coloring, singing, dancing, teaching them to write in language that is not spoken at home, non-stop talking....
