when i get tired or high i will start wobbling around and not know if its because im exhausted and sore from lifting

I'm gonna go with too fat from neglecting cardio.

Remember the song, "Weebles Wobble But They Don't Fall down"? Every time I see you post I'm going to think of that song.

Wiki:

Weebles is a trademark for several lines of children's toys originating in Hasbro's Playskool division on July 23, 1971. Shaped like eggs with a weight at the fat, or bottom end, they wobble when pushed, but never fall completely over, hence the name. Some Weebles were designed to look like humans.

i have found out that strict form and less weight makes me grow better than straining out that one last rep with too mmuch weight. just started that leg press only routine. my lower back is thankful for that. it actually stretches out my back and it feels better(?). so yeah I think about and have changed the way i do things. isn't G_H supposed to help with some of those wear problems?

subz, you're 19, STFU n00b. motherfuck.

i wonder about this, with my running, flat feet, using worn out shoes, no inserts or supports, on hard concrete, etc.

Might be the wrong board for this but.

You ever think about it??

I used to be a amateur Boxer when I was younger, I fought in the Police Athletic league for years(no I wasn't a cop, it was for "troubled" youths).

Anyway I've been thinking about how my knees feel like rusty hinges when I 1st get up in the morning(from all the running) and I started noticing(after many comments) that my hands look like they carved outta rock(very bony and hard looking).

I haven't had any pains or problems with my hands, but it just got me to thinking..fuck I hope I'm not going to be all crippled with calcium deposits and arthritis and shit.

BTW..I'm 31.

You ever think that all the years of lifting heavy weights will wear out your tendons and cartilage?
yes.

as a result of football, skateboarding, motocross, mogul-bashing and rugby, my knees are shot (i'm sure that squatting 500+ pounds probably didn't help much either). . .bone-on-bone. . .and will need to be replaced sometime in the not to distant future. . .the kicker is i'm only 42 and the doc's hate doing that kind of surgery on someone my age. . .oh well. . .roll with the punches. . .

no. i'm hardcore. will remain that way until i die under a barbell. and if you faegs ever did a little thing called "stretching" you wouldn't have to worry about it so much....
