oh you mean theone where you hold your arm straight up and then ben d your arm, putting your palm flat against your upperback under your neck and keeping your upper arm close to your ear?

oh shitz yeah. i went to PT eval the other day the chick was like holy crap you're flexible you do yoga? im like well I just started this week but i was already flexible. i think im the only fat person on the planet who can do the splits
