Do Steroids Make You Neglect Your Training?

I know for the they have. Instead of trying to decide if I should train heavy or go for volume to increase my strenght, I was debating if I should go with Fina or Dbol. At least I caught myself and am now aware of the problem.

The only reason I posted this is because it caught my attention that the Anabolic board has close to 800,000 posts while the diet and training boards comdined have less than 175,000.

My philosophy is that training and diet are the keys to success, drugs are just a tool to complement all the hard work and dieting.

Thats just my $0.02.:D

maybe its because that diet and training issues are widley covered in bb magazines and books, while steroid information is hard to come by offline.

I find that I train harder when I'm natural than when I'm not. It's part laziness and the intense pump and pain i get after two sets.

one thing..

I caught myself spending far too much time planning and researching my next cycle than I did my diet and training.

Its an honest mistake though. Test and Tren are way fucking cooler than chicken and brown rice.

I train hard all the time, however, I find that in the 2 weeks leading up to my cycle, I start to get distracted. I start thinking how my lifts should be, and it kind of blocks my concentration of the current set.

Then after I take my first shot, it's all back towards hard workouts. I try and go during times I think people that I know won't be there though. I find that other people in the gym tends to be my largest distraction.
