Do any dudes here have great physiques that HAVEN'T juiced??

Ok, so you wouldn't look like I thought you mioght if I saw you in real life. You sound like you'd look like this kinesiology grad student I see in the gym who is phenomenal shape and I could believe is natural.
Your current stats sound like the peak for a natural bodybuilder at your height after the kind of training duration you are talking about here. Have you ever tried to drop down to 4-5%? I'd be interested to hear what kind of mass you'd lose attempting that, cause that is where things are supposed to get the trickiest as a natural bodyubuilder - not shedding too much size getting down there. I'd only try it with a very long-term approach.

I spent one summer biking instead of driving. I probably logged a minimum of 1 hr each day on the bike. I wasn't taking in enough cals either and went down to about 160. I had striations in my ass and face, but my arms were probably an inch smaller as well. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say I was 4-5%.

I usually bulk 4-6 months out of the year, putting on 10 lbs or so. I spend approx 3-4 months cutting to lose the excess bf I put on. Losing it slowly enables what little muscle I've put on to be maintained.

Do you still pu tmuscle on do you find? Or did that stop? Do you still get stronger? Cause that is the thing I stopped doing - cycling my calories above and below maintenance. I know I won't gain without doing that, but at the same time, I'm just afraid I'll never be able to get back to this low level of bf so I keep my calories overall pretty low, except for the odd day I feel like eating and pig out.
 
I had a great physique before I juiced.

I'll be honest - I've only seen 1 ot 2 pics of Phaded and while he certainly looks better/bigger than me, I wouldn't put him in the category I am discussing. Swole maybe, not sure though. Definitely post-juices
