I'm off now. I did the doc thing and can get HRT if I want, and may decide to go that route one day since honestly, the training and everything makes me really happy and if I can't do anything without the shit, then (and I still have to really think about this) I may talk to my doc about long-term implications of something like HRT. That'd be in the future anyways. For now though I am done and will see how training this way treats me - right now I'm pretty happy and am hoping I find I don't need to be pushing myself athletically to be content, though that has always been the case in the past and I find I can't not exercise (hopefully I can do it non-competitively though and be happy). It's just you get to a certain point where you still want to really be pushing yourself, but there are limits.

I wouldn't go over 200mg a week though since I'm not interested in long-term problems - that is how much I was using for my last comp to be honest. Man was it ever not nearly enough, though in fairness the dudes who placed like top three in my weight class are now all at the Canada's this year and will prolly be top three there as well (maybe not the third place guy cause I don't know how he placed at the ontarios). I really don't know what those guys were using so am by no means ratting them out or saying they were on a ton of juice but I heard things tossed around and had never even heard of some of the drugs some guys mentioned. Of the guys who I DID know what they were using, it was a lot more than I was willing to do. GH, slin, etc. No thanks. None of them were top three though and I placed better than those guys so take that for whatever you will. Still, I did get a bad impression.

I have a training partner/football 4 years and mauy thai about 2 years now. We started around the same physique, but his body responds better to training than mine does. He's a jacked motherfucker at about 240/6 ft. Don't know his bf, but he's cut. I'm 5'11 258 but not happy with my bf% it's @ 16 right now. I want to be able to shed my fat and be in the 260-270 zone, for that I'm planning on using juice.

Sorry dude, you're lying or you are missing the myostatin gene. Either that or the pics in your gallery are not how you REALLY look. What are your stats? Cause if I had to guess them from those pics, I'd write yours stats down, and there would be no way they are natural.

Maybe if I saw you in real life you don't look as good as those pics make you look but if you look like I think you do, you aren't natural.

I'm a shrimp actually.

Current stats are 175lbs @ 5'8". I'd say my bodyfat is around 7-8%. I've gone up to 200lbs, but the spare tire was rather unappealing.

I'm going to take a bunch of new pics when I turn 40 next February. I've been at this since I was 14 with nary a break from my routine.
