i'll admit the 3 day is dangerous because if you get caps thats are slightly over dosed you are gonna be in some serious trouble....most people can handle 200mg for7-8 days no problem

sorry my friend, but i must agree with adaptek on this one - that's pretty bad advice. on 400mg of dg's caps i was vomiting BUCKETS. i'm about to start my 5th cycle (2 crys, 2 powder), so I've been through a bit of this before

best would be to start at 200 for a few days to check for allergies, THEN, if you can handle it, consider upping the dosage. ya never know how accurately your source doses...

btw Mustang, how's your Italian DNP coming along? did u start your cycle yet? need to place another order after ny, so i'm waiting for some results (yours) first...

As far as I know there is NO crystal DNP left there any more unless they got it before the whole incident. I agree about starting low then moving your way up to access your tolerance. I would prefer a low dose cycle altogether as there is much less of a chance for sides. I have the Itaian DNP but will not be using it till the end of my cycle starting as soon as I get my D-Bol. I have a couple friends (from this board) who have used it and loved it.

Enough people have killed themself using DNP because of posts like yours Mustang18.

Do you know how much this guy weighs?

Is he using Crystal or Powder?

The last time a 160lb kid came on the internet got some shitty advice and used 600mgs a day he died.

First off your an idiot and I take GREAT offence to you saying I have actually contributed to someones death in any way directly or indirectly. I was giving advice based on the AVARAGE person. If you read the whiole post I also said to do a ton of research before you start DNP and if that was done then he would find out what is best for him. There is no crystal DNP left right no unless they got it before all this shit happend. I would never try to injur or kill someone with false advice and I make sure it is correct before I post it got it son! Happy Holidays all!

if it will help my stats are 34yrs, 5ft10 245 done 2 cycles of as before. no dnp did eca and small amount of clen. thanx for all the advice. where can i get more info on dnp.( doses,bad/good press)

Run a search bro..There are some great posts in the archives from this board with tons of useful info..Andy13, Fonz, Huck, Macro are just a couple of the guys who have really wrote excellent pieces on DNP
