mkay theres some misinformation in this threa, and im fixin it
first, theres no such thing as "doing it safely" - people die even at normal (200mg or less) doses. other people can run stupendous doses and be fine. personally the highest dose i got to was on about day 5 or something of a cycle and i hit 700mg
second, there isnt permanent fat cell death in any literature ive found. the way this stuff works is to cause an increase in metabolism body wide. thats it. theres no targetted fat destruction. thats also crap.
if youre going to do dnp - dinitrophenol - id really like to see you with 1) a thermometer (those baby ones you put under your tongue are fine) and 2) a really accurate set of digital scales, so taht you know how hydrated you are - if your bodyweight dips too low in a short period of time, then you know to drink more
if you overheat, your best friend is the shower - dont use the bath, if you faint, you drown. the nice thing about the shower is that you can drink water as it comes down if neccessary

borris: when you lost a pound a day, what was your startout bf%? what did you end up at? im thinking about running a cycle so i get veins on my abs or something, that would be cool - but im not terribly fat at the moment so i dont know how ill go
