Get PGF2A in an il suspension. The water based you have to do too many site based injections(up to 5 a day) and you shit immediately. the oild based type you only hae to shit after about an hour and it is usually a large like 3.5 foot solid turd
 
smoke out = no i rarely smoke weed last time i did was prob. like 2 months ago.. and it was cause my boy left like a bowl of krippy over here..

training right now i'm doing random shit.. ill go to the gym and hit diff body parts mix it up etc..

i was on a bodypart a day split but my workout partner's parents stopped paying for his shit..

gonna run this dnp lose some good weight and then get on a sick endurance program..

what's your goals with that?
cardio training is addictive, i'm fully hooked
fun making progress, each time i hit the track i get stronger and faster
apparently weed has not fucked up my lungs too much, i'm starting to pwn

goals for strength training is basically just to make me feel and look better .. i did the whole get big and super strong shit and i'm over it.. i'm over walking around and sweating cause i'm carrying 255 lbs.. .. its cool to a point but i dont really think its necessary anymore.. i wanted to be huge and ripped but i'm out of that stage..

what i'm honestly trying to get into is some type of fighting either mma or boxing..

this guy in the training log forum has a sick thread cooljc.. lots of sprints jumps and oly lifts for increasing quickness vertical and endurance ill prob. be mimicing alot of his shit..

so i'm basically gonna cut down get as low as possible and go from there.. gonna really try hard to implement a very clean diet as well.. cut alcohol only drink water..

obviously it aint gonna work to perfection as my wife is pregnant and loves to cook.. so ill have to change up the shit i eat while she's at work.
 
mkay theres some misinformation in this threa, and im fixin it

first, theres no such thing as "doing it safely" - people die even at normal (200mg or less) doses. other people can run stupendous doses and be fine. personally the highest dose i got to was on about day 5 or something of a cycle and i hit 700mg

second, there isnt permanent fat cell death in any literature ive found. the way this stuff works is to cause an increase in metabolism body wide. thats it. theres no targetted fat destruction. thats also crap.

if youre going to do dnp id really like to see you with 1) a thermometer (those baby ones you put under your tongue are fine) and 2) a really accurate set of digital scales, so taht you know how hydrated you are - if your bodyweight dips too low in a short period of time, then you know to drink more

if you overheat, your best friend is the shower - dont use the bath, if you faint, you drown. the nice thing about the shower is that you can drink water as it comes down if neccessary

pics would be nice, i didnt take enough pics when i was on the stuff, and wish i did.

borris: when you lost a pound a day, what was your startout bf%? what did you end up at? im thinking about running a cycle so i get veins on my abs or something, that would be cool - but im not terribly fat at the moment so i dont know how ill go

Borris is a typical e-cred...street cred bullshitter..I haven't seen him post a single picture of himself....I'm far from jacked and buffed and I posted pics of myself with my advice....
