I am telling you guys. Use DNP with Insulin. Let me break it down for you like this.
1. Insulin is the most anabolic drug we have access too. Problem is its anablism is not tissue specific. Tis means alot of good bros ue slin and get the marshmellow man syndrome.
a. Slin stimulate the SPP which increases nutrient transport into cells
- Obviously we need increase amino acid delivery to suprephysiological levels in order to facilitate the greatest possible gains in muscle size.
b. Slin increases anabolism and RNA activity
c. Slin is also beleived to increase DNA activity in a way that causes up-regulation in DNA initiated AA syntesis.
d. THE AA's primarily affected are the BCAA's
e. Slin inhibits protein breakdown by interfereing with lysosomes. unfortunately Slin also inhibits fat loss.
So imagine we have a way to get al the muscle building benefits of Slin without the fatty syndrome happening. Good news! Enter a deadly chemical called Dinitrophenal!

1: Oxidative phosphorylation uncoupler
a. lowers the effiecnc of this to about 40%( lots of ATP-ATP conversion)
- to keep up levels of ATP the body goes into hyperdrive; metabolism increased, incredible amounts of KCals are burned. Due to this dire need for ATP producion most of the calories come from fat. So the good news is very very little or no musce is lost as long as protein intake is adequate.
b. By preventing oxidative metabolism increased energy demands are contested in cells by increaseing glucose uptake rapidly( about 200% normal in SKELETAL MUSCL CELLS). remind you anything of Insulin?!?!/ ok now we are catching on.
c. Scientictif studies have suggested interfereing with Mitochondrial TP production acts o signal transduction pathway form independant from that of insulin. This basically means that our muscles will have a trememndous capacity to metabolise glucose(nearly twice what insulin gives us without the concurrent fat gains)
d. DNP helps to induce an environment of insulin resistance in Fatty tissue sites making it harder for the fat cells to get food.
So basically DNP increases caloric heat expendature, increases glucose transport into msucle cells and decreases fat cell activity.
DNP/Insulin combo
1. Interestingly enough utilizing these compounds together will result in dramatic increase of LBM and a disticnt LACK of hypoglycemia. Great news! Dying from insulin induced hypoglycemia sucks! How does this work?
a. Basically DNP truncates the N-terminal aspect of Insulin when it comes into contact. This results in a growth factor called DES (1-3) IGF-1. FYI that molecule is far more anabolic than IGF-1.
b. The insulin and IGF-1 receptors themselves are changed(truncated) by the prescnece of DNP. In this case this truncation is effecting the COOH-terminal response thus altering the hypoglycemic and anabolic effects of insulin positively toward IGF-1 activity.
