DNP at 6% b/f.....???

bro, if your at 6%, i'd go with like winny/tren/primo, something like that. it doesn't sound like its bf you need to get rid of, just some tightening up. maybe some halo as well. by the way, what is your weight?

I am 185lbs at the mo at 5'9 1/2 - stats are all in my profile. I am barley holding any body fat on me at all apart from about i'd say 4lbs on my ass which i am trying to rid of and face could be a lil tighter...i want to achieve something i have never achieved before and to get so lean it looks incredible and freaky. I have no problem with mantaining my muscle at current staying mentally focused to keep going is the problem which I feel is now very very hard

To be honest buddie I dont think that it would do any good. I was looking towards DNP as a very last solution, and an easy one at that. Check my current diet out below and see what you think;

Meal 1 - 50g Oats
8 egg whites (scrambled)

Meal 2 - Low carb protein shake

Meal 3 - Chicken breast
50g whole grain rice
Broccoli

Meal 4 - (same as meal 2)

Meal 5 - 8 egg whites

Meal 6 - protein shake

Before bed - another shake

Every evening before bed I now have to take 3 Ephedrine tabs just to supress my appetite during the night -

I am just outside Ketosis and would always add carbs if i fall into...

....plus i hit cardio an hour every day, 30 min morning and 30 evening and not including hard workouts :worried:
This is really the last straw for me
 
Taking DNP at your bodyfat would be a very nonsensical thing to do. Please do not do something that stupid. Keep up what you are doing and you will come in paper thin, do DNP and you may not be there at all.

Think you need to add some efa's to that diet bro like some flaxseed oil with your bedtime shake.Maybe others will chime in with more specific information on what to do.
 
Oh Yes The DNP boogie man, It seems like anymore when ever DNP is mentioned around here everyone jumps on the band wagon to tell you how dangourous it is. DNP is no more dangerous than Ephadrene. We all are all feeling the effect of that ban, casue some fat ass unhealty baseball player took a nose dive during try outs. If you use DNP in a Intellagent matter its not that bad, and very effective. I am on day 10 of 14 currenlty. I say go for it, at that low of a Body fat, you could reach your goals in about 5 days. PM if you any questions, I will help you out as much as I can..

Of course I didnt mention supps though - Flaxseed oil is one of the most important supps for cutting for me in addition to vitamins, glutamine etc.

I have decided guys I am going to hit on the DNP, for a week only. I am going to achieve the leanest and freakiest look I have ever achieved before and will post pics (if I can) once off. I have done alot of research on this stuff and now think i am ready and rolling.

better to burn out than fade away......

With DNP, one wrong dose and you just might burn out.....
