I'm 17 y/o and trying to drop about 7% BF by the end of June. In the last 3 weeks I've dropped about 20lbs. I'm 5'6 and about 179 now, probably looking to get to about 165 or so. I haven't got my BF checked lately but I think I'm about 15% and looking to get to about 8%. I've cut my carbs down to about 20-30 grams a day and about 170 grams of protein and 90 grams of fat to induce ketosis. I go into ketosis for 3-4 days then do a carb load for a day, then go back into ketosis. I do cardio 6-7 days a week and lift hard 7 days a week. My abs are there but still got some covering on them but they are showing in now. Going to start hittin the gym twice a day now, using 2 zenotrope before my morn' workout and 1 before my evening workout. I drink about 4 liters of water a day which is great I think. Anybody else tried ketosis and have any comments on it?
