diet to get 8percent bf% or less by june take a look

well damn i keep getting more cut i woke up from a nap on my lunch hour at work, i went to the bathroom and took off my shirt and my veins in my abs were showing on my obliques and on the front abs and lower abs. but i did feel kinda lethargic at times i drank more water today i may be pushing 3 gallons plus. seems like the more water i drink i feel better. i did my usuall workout yesterday with sprints and my sprints were slower than usuall but the temp outside is about 90 or so now so that had something to do with it. but i was very pleased when i hit the weights i got my usuall 10 sets of 3 reps with 85 pounds strapped to me on full range chinups. so my strength is still there, but energy for cardio is down and energy throught the day is down but im also only getting 6.5 hours of sleep i probably need an extra hour. by the way ive never done steroids. i havent lost any muscle or strenght the main thing is keep reps real low. another thing i may have not mentioned is that i hit each bodypart 3 times a week but with very low reps. because each time you lift you let off growth hormone, i believe you would over train if you did around 10 reps.
 
i dieted along time before somewhat like this and i lost alot of muscle because i dont think i trained enuf i think i was hitting one bodypart a week.
 
just wanted to keep you guys updated on my progress.......

ive decided that im gonna cycle carbs like this

day one-75 carbs dropping fat about 20-30 grams

day two-0 carbs keeping fat around 40-45maybe50 grams or less

day three-30 carbs keeping fat around 40-45maybe50 grams or less

the only constant is the protien 210-220 grams

my protien sources come from mainly3 cans of tuna fish and 1 pound steak and some chicken , 1 can of herring fish

my fat sources come from- 15 grams from flaxseed oil, 10-20 from steak ( i really dont have an idea on fat content in steak but they are lean cuts top round), and im estimating i get about 5 grams of fat or more from 1 can of herring fish, some times ill have peanuts

my carb sources-mainly from nonfat yogurt because it has fruictose, theres no real written down science to cycling my carbs but i prefer to do it this way so i can bump up my thyroid with some fruictose on some days and then other days i can eat more healthy fats like from peanuts for different hormonal benefits. i also eat alot of steamed cabbage for fiber


i feel great and havent been lethargic im probably getting around 3 gallons of water a day and no protien shakes. i love flavoring water with the coolaid and equal good shit makes you think like your drinking a powerade or something.

my cuts are looking superb i have a nice gap in the center of my six pack im getting that clear seperation in the abs, im looking to get an even deeper gap in my abs for more seperation my goal now has changed, it is to have no pinchinble fat on my body.

im suprised im feeling so good mentally and physically, hydration is the key to a true cutting diet, especially if your a natural trainer like me i believe
 
update.....

i switched to more of a keto diet....

210-220grams protien
30-40 fats
10-15 carbs only from cabbage

my abs are definitly showing getting nice striations when i flex my chest too, i see more veins in my abs but that is also do to the hot weather. i still seem to be holding on to that last bit of estrogenic fat on lower chest and lower abs. progress has slowed past 3 days. strength has stayed pretty much the same to my suprise, i think thats do to low reps for every thing 3 repetitoins.

im thinking about a refeed this weekend just to see what the hell happens i hope it jumpstarts me again. because i was loosing fat soooooo damn quick when i first got on a real low cal diet i can tell the pace has slowed but im still loosing but just at a slower rate now.

i would like some suggestions on refeed on this sunday

im thinking about doing 150 protien 500 carbs??(is this too much)and low fat 20 grams or so
 
im thinking about starting my carb up in the morning the hit the gym a few hours after i start my carb up and do a full body then continue my carb up after workout. im thinking about eating alot of these snackwells fat free devils food cake and probably some angel food cake which is fat free and alot of chocolate pudding that day and cereal like golden grams, hows this sound. would this be too much fruictose? because these are very sugary foods, but i was also contemplating about eating a bunch of corn flakes or rice chex and topping off the cereals with dextrose, so that way i wont be getting so much fruictose. i would like to stay under 100 grams of fruictose if possible because i think the liver can only hold 100 grams of it
 
and im still drinking high amounts of water 2 gallons plus. and no cravings, if i am hungry ill just have an extra peice of fish that day. i dont feel lethargic, the water works wonders on a low cal diet to kill hunger, it seems like i could do this low cal thing forever but im just gonna experiment with the refeed
 
i had a carb up last night for the first time in about 3 weeks or so. ive been borderline ketosis the whole time. i got a nice six pack now my abs are really showing because i really packed on alot of mass on my abs. last night i really went all out, because my progress had slowed down quite a bit but i was still making progress but not as fast. i ate around 800 carbs or probably more lol last night after workout and about 180 grams of protien and about 100 fat too. i looked so fucking pumped too veins in biceps popping out veins in abs and obliques popping out muscles were very full looking. i think this should reset my leptin. this morning here i am after i woke up i look like im holding more water but not much of a gain in fat!!so im pretty pleased. as soon as i woke up here i am chugging a gallon of water and getting back to my low cal keto diet 210-220 protien 30-40 fat 0-10 carbs and 2-3 gallons of water a day to kill cravings and keep from being lethargic. my body fat is probably at 8-9 i donno but i got a six pack, but not nearly as defined this morning with all the extra water my body is holding because of the carbs. this diet is kickin ass for me:garza: :garza: :garza: :garza: :garza: :garza: :garza: :garza: :garza:
 
thanks alot p60. enuf experimentation and trial and error will get you where you want to be. i truly believe hydration not drinking enuf water was what was truly setting me back. my dehydration from dieting is what usually ignited multiple binges throughout the week. 2 gallons plus is a must
 
through the weeks ive been dieting i was low carbing around60 or so and low fat 30 or so. ketogenic diet is truly the best for me. but i think there is too much fat in a regular keto diet. i keep fat low about 30 somethin fat grams, and my fat only comes from a big peice of catfish i eat every day and 15 grams of flax and tuna every now and then i would have a bag of porkrindes or some peanuts
 
its funny when i look back at myself. i was seriously contemplating on taking dnp. im glad i didnt!!! when i look at the anibolic board it seems always someone is having problems with a steroid or when they come off a roid or anabolic. and also looking at some of there pics. in my opinion you dont need roids to get big and dont need them to get cut because it can be done naturally, which is safer and cheaper
