diet to get 8percent bf% or less by june take a look

when i get down to the bodyfat i want i may add about 5 grams of carbs every 2 days or something like that.....ill keep you posted
 
make it super ice cold water and your gonna lose even more fat :)

take ice cold showers or swims too if your brave :D
 
i may just take a cold shower because i look fucking sexy as hell with these cuts:p

but back on topic the water total elimates that night time hunger i go to bed at 12 at night and get done working out at 9 at night before workout i drink half a gallon and after workout i drink 3/4 of a gallon. i have to drink alot at night because i have killer nighttime cravings if i dont
 
im starting to think maybe all my binging in the past was do to dehydration now. because i always cut carbs out and carbs hold alot of water
 
I'm 17 y/o and trying to drop about 7% BF by the end of June. In the last 3 weeks I've dropped about 20lbs. I'm 5'6 and about 179 now, probably looking to get to about 165 or so. I haven't got my BF checked lately but I think I'm about 15% and looking to get to about 8%. I've cut my carbs down to about 20-30 grams a day and about 170 grams of protein and 90 grams of fat to induce ketosis. I go into ketosis for 3-4 days then do a carb load for a day, then go back into ketosis. I do cardio 6-7 days a week and lift hard 7 days a week. My abs are there but still got some covering on them but they are showing in now. Going to start hittin the gym twice a day now, using 2 zenotrope before my morn' workout and 1 before my evening workout. I drink about 4 liters of water a day which is great I think. Anybody else tried ketosis and have any comments on it?
 
no carbing up here man thats kinda defeating the purpose. because if you carb up a day on the weekend you might as well just spread out those calories through the week. because you do get fatter and look fatter when you carb up. if u cut out the carb up your overal average weekly calories are low.

by the way im keeping all my reps around 3 repetions and im not getting any weaker on the diet. for an example i do about 10 sets of 3 rep chinups full range with 85 pounds strapped on and 10 sets of 3 rep dips full range with 105 pounds. my dead is kinda shitty i can do about 8 sets of 2-3 reps with 405. believe if i trained higher reps i would loose strength
 
damn im fuckin lookin good today. i wish my cam was working i have a before pic of me decently cut, but im gettin pretty cut very quickly diet today was 210 protien 40 fats 60 carbs. abs are showing nicely but i can still pinch that fat on lower abs, im defintly gonna get a web cam soon in about 3 weeks or less i should be very ripped. u would think i would be starving but im not. its all the water im drinking thats blunting my hunger. remeber every gram of carbs holds 4 molecules of water....which means we get dehydrated when we drop carbs......so we must compensate for drinking a shitload more water to not feel dehydrated therefore feeling full....good luck folks im on my way to my goal and most likely even lower than 8
 
Hold up wait for me! I got 5.5 inches left to lose off my waist! :)

DOn't get a webcam, their quality is bodgey at best. Get a 1 to 2 megapixel digicam, just a basic model will do, and the quality is much better. You can still use em like a webcam as well!


I went to a proper gym today for teh first time in a long time, been training at home. And I didn't look all that fat or small compared to everyone there - shocked me :)

I'll try for a while without the carbs, im just paranoid about losing muscle mass but I hear if you weight lift heavy then you dont have to worry about losing muscle mass. Are you putting yourself into a state of ketosis Cliff or no
 
im not convinced

how much muscle are u losing apposed to fat, id be willing to bet its about 50/50. maybe its just me muscle for me is too damn hard to put on, and im not going to lose any of it to diet down quickly when u diet like that alot of the weight lose includes muslce.
