Diet Plan

Ok guys call me newbie all you want but i need help here! MY DIET SUX lol nah its not too bad. Anyway I know how important diet is to any sort of growth but there are a few things i need to know. How the hell do i get 2g of protien to every lb i weigh?? lol What sort of things should i be eating that dont couter each other suger and fat wise?? Thanks fellas for all your help!!:confused:
 
How to get 2gper IB bodyweight, simple you don't.

You don't really need that much protein untill you have a helluva lot of muscle to support.

Aim for over 1g per pound to start and work your way up from their.

Its easier to achive the upper protein ratios while bulking since you have alot of extra calories to work with. Cutting you don't have the above maintenance eating and often have to deal with a calorie deficit to boot.

The unfortunenate part is, its generally better to up protein during cutting.
