There is no diet posted to help out with............

Now if you don't need "help" but you need a "diet, that's another issue. Try either a search or some of the sticky posts, and compose a dietary outline for your on/off days from training that can be critiqued for you here by the members. I don't believe anyone is going to lay out an entire program for you freely w/out you doing any of the foot-work. After all, it is your body! However, if someone does, that's great!
Post it up for critique whatever you attain.
