Deca to ease pain in forearm?

Yo
Aight bros, heres something i ran into.
While doing curls with ALOT of weight (i weight 150 and was curling 115[its alot for me]) i felt a tingle in my left forearm. Almost like a twitch too. Now, and for about 1 week, ive had a pain right where the muscle and the bone seem to connect.
A) What should I do? Wait to train?
B) Would injecting deca in the sholder or bi help to take away some pain and heal it quicker? I am betting not, but tis a valid question.

I dont know what to do. Forearms are used in almost every excersize i do......aAnd there is NO WAY IN HELL im taking time off....unless i HAVE to. So these are my problems right now. Anyone with good advice, i would appreciate it. Thanks

Deca wont help much, use drugs specifically made for this purpose: NSAID antinflamatories, in my opinion Nimesulide (Mesulid) is the best since it dont upsets your stomach.

naw, just overloaded the curls
its ok now. i just pop asprin b4 a workout and it seems, as weird as it sounds, that protein helps the pain go away.

its my job doin it to me i think
i lift 120 lbs boxes of modems and digi converters over counters and such, only using my forearms. so i believe i strained a nerve. :( oh well, like wayne sais, no pain no gain

Actually what I said was;

"The old saying of no pain no gain is ignorant in my book. No hardwork,no sweat, no soreness, no effort, then no gain yes. But pain is different."

If it is actual pain, then you need rest and maybe a visit to the dr. Good luck bro.

Rest is best. But if your not going to then ice after workout follow with heat then massage . You should try to increase the blood flow to the strained area for more rapid relief. Try other bicep exercises for a few weeks then come back to it. If you continue to aggrevate it and do not listen to your body you will end up like me having tennis elbow surgery and being out for 6 months and starting from scratch .

I have been getting that pain on the inside of my left forearm on and off since I've been training. I am not talking about days, I am talking about a month or two of no relief. My buddy Mr. Goolie-pappers gets it too. I know my form is good but I think it's because the bis get stronger but that tendon doesn't grow or stretch as fast, hence the pain. I only get it on my left because my right arm isn't a pussy and is used to doing the work.

Key to helping it: using the easy bar, making sure your wrist is straight out when curling, Advil, stretching (bending hand back before working out), and hot showers.

I get so pissed when it starts to happen since it really kills, but I haven't had it in months. Hope this helps....

thats my problem, to the T, trap. My pain is where the muscle seems to meet the bone in my forearm. Asprin helps, but it seems to come back after it wears off. Also, when training the soreness, it goes away. Hrm......
