Yo
Aight bros, heres something i ran into.
While doing curls with ALOT of weight (i weight 150 and was curling 115[its alot for me]) i felt a tingle in my left forearm. Almost like a twitch too. Now, and for about 1 week, ive had a pain right where the muscle and the bone seem to connect.
A) What should I do? Wait to train?
B) Would injecting deca in the sholder or bi help to take away some pain and heal it quicker? I am betting not, but tis a valid question.

I dont know what to do. Forearms are used in almost every excersize i do......aAnd there is NO WAY IN HELL im taking time off....unless i HAVE to. So these are my problems right now. Anyone with good advice, i would appreciate it. Thanks

your 150 so deca is not your answer......If you are in pain while doing a certain excercise then simply do not do it.

thats actually a valid question.... im on 500mg of sust pw however i have exactly the same problem as you im mid cycle i should be hitting the weights hard but instead here i am online!!

i havent done much research on deca, because its not really a newbie compund (well it can be but i wanted to stick to test, and have only 2 injects a week). However i do know it can give pain free workouts would that apply in this situation?

thanks bros

easy with the pain free workouts. there is no such thing otherwise you are not doing it right. deca will lube your joints and make them feel great during a workout. there will be no popping or cracking of the joints but thats as far as it goes. it isn't going to heal your injured arm. i had a joint problem in my left shoulder that caused it to pop out during inclines with dumbells deca fixed this for me permanently. but that was a joint. deca helps muscles heal faster thats why it is the ultimate anabolic but it won't heal injuries like people think it does for mlb players and so on

What you have sounds like a strain. The best thing you can do is rest.

This will sound like a flame but it's not meant that way. Taking deca in this situation is like shooting morphine for a hangnail. LOL Just take a few days off and let your body tell you what it needs. Pain is your bodies way of saying to either stop doing something, or there is already something wrong. The old saying of no pain no gain is ignorant in my book. No hardwork,no sweat, no soreness, no effort, then no gain yes. But pain is different.

I had some really bad tendonitis in both elbows during my last cycle. It hurt so bad I could hardly grab the bar. I worked around it for awhile but was eventually forced to take some time off and it helped that problem out tremendously. That and advil and ice/heat, etc. SOmetimes time off is the only way to solve not just mask the problem. Goodluck bro.

Best thing to do is rest up . I was running a winny alone cycle and started having shoulder pains , kept pushing and ended up having to sit out for 3wks to heal up . About to finally start hitting the weights again.

i had bad tendonitis in my right elbo before i statred an anavar cycle
i swear that the anavar healed it right up
i no longer have it and i took the var last year
