not sure what the bands add for tension at the top of the lift. yes, lift was easy. but this is DE work, and I am concentrating on speed, and not the amount of weight

Nice setup. I wish I had that platform in my gym. I just ordered some bands to try out but will have to use the stand on them with my feet method.

I was wondering how one might use bands on a DL. I think bands are the kewlest invention for lifting on the planet!

cool man. I did some reverse band deads today. have you tried those? they help overcome your sticking point if its not the floor.
