Hey i am not sure if this is the right place to post this but...Have any of you used Dave Drapers Top Squat?? It kinda looks like a safety squat but has longer handles??? Anyway i was thinking of implementing that into my training and possinly allow my personal training clients to use it if it was helpful in squatting. I use the manta ray religiously and have found that many of my clinets like it however i am always looking for new ways for them to get involved. I was just wondering if anybody could throw some feedback??? Thanks!!!!
