I'm starting this log today and will be updating it frequently.


The starting stats:

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 235lbs
BF: 14-15%


The Stack, 12 weeks:

1-4 Dieselbolan 3 caps/ED

1-4 Katanadrol 3 caps/ED

5-8 Dermacrine (from Primordial Performance).

9-12 Beastdrol 30mg/ED OR Epi-Strong 45mg/ED, I haven't decided on that yet.

9-12 Tren-TFO 3 caps/ED

PCT:

Forged PCT (Needtobuildmuscle)
Testosterone Recovery Stack (Primordial Performance)

Main goals in order of importance:

1) Get overall mass to the legs, which mass is pathetically lacking at this point.

2) Bring up the back thickness and width, traps, a lot.

3) Get those delts really popping!


4) Body weight, 250lbs. BF decreases or increases will fluctuate this end result.


I am not necessarrily concerned with getting the BF% down right now. I never gain BF while on, so a solid 15 pounds is what I am after.



I'll get some pics up a little later with actual BB poses and some cold measurements. No, I will not be wearing a posing suit, miplank.

Dabuff you should get bloodwork pre and post cycle as your liver is going to take a hit with all those methyls.

Also, recovery is going to be a bitch, that's a long cycle bro. You sure you dont want a SERM?

Alright, I had an awesome workout today.

Pull-ups, Bent over rows, seated rows and DB rows and some quick bicep work.

Weight today was 238.7 lbs.

I need to get pictures up before my weight goes too high, lol.

Lol, some of the angles suck because I took these with my camera phone from an inclined angle. You get the idea anyways. Also, the blinding white skin doesn't exactly show the amount of defintion I actually have, though I am at the highest BF I have ever been. Nasty love handles, blech!

Legs:

Now, my legs don't look that great, but they both measure 27". You try filling in legs this long, it's frickin hard. There will be HUGE progress made on these babies. Atleast an inch around more.

Looking good Buff. You have a similar build to me, and probably similar dimensions. I'm at 6'3+, 241 right now (and the leanest I've been in a while). You're still leaner than me, but we're about the same.

Enjoy the stack! I'm thinking of hopping on in a few weeks, as part of a larger cycle.
 
Had an awesome workout today on legs. They are gonn be sore tomorrow.


I'm nt gonna detail out my workouts or my diet right now. I'll update with strength increases weekly with lifts, but I'm not gonna give a full set/rep deal everyday, I don't have time.


Weight today 239.2 which is up 0.5 pounds from yesterday.

Next workout is not til monday with chest. This tuesday I did 275 for 5 reps as a 5 rep max which is 7 weeks after a bad shoulder injury. I injured with 295 on th ebar doing 6 reps, so my strength will be up significantly in the next 4 weeks. This gives you an idea of where my BB press strength is.
 
Alright, I hit chest hard today. As I was expecting, my strength was killer compared to last week.

Last week I struggled with 5 reps at 275. Today I did 285 for 9 reps, and could have squeezed a 10th but I didn't. I went right to incline DB presses and smashed 100 lb'ers for 13 reps my next set. Hell yeah, that felt awesome too!


This is my first time with Dieselbolan, and I was doubting it would be as strong as Beastdrol for immediate strength, but I was wrong. It's just as good thus far. We'll just have to see how the next 3 weeks unfold to really see how it compares in contrast to the Beast, which is my favorite thus far. I am also stacking Katanadrol with it, remeber, so it is a combo of the two, but in just 1 week it has proven to kick major ass in the strength department. Pumps today were awesome as well.

Body weight today was 239.1, which is down .1 from last friday, but is still 4 pounds heavier than last tuesday. It's hard to say right now if I look any leaner, but I do look a little tighter arond the midsection.

So far it has been great! I was totally amped today after the workout.
 
This is a 12 week stack/cycl? Your begining stats are close to my current, and your end goal is to be up 15-20lb? Nice!
 
Alright, I nailed back today hardcore!!!!

Weight today 241.9 !!!

That's nearly a 7 pound increase since last tuesday (9 days).

Strength was very good. I felt really good today. I forgot my lifting straps so I couldn't do DB rows, but I was gona shoot for 130's on those for the first time because I was feeling it today. Nailed BB rows and cable rows, pull-downs and some DB rows until my grip failed me there. Also di 2 sets of shrugs and a few sets of db bicep curls.

Strength is improving indefinitely, I am really looking thick and my muscles are denser and harder for sure.
So far in the 9 days on dieselbolan and katanadrol, I can say it kicks ass. I alreay knew bestdrol kicked ass, but this combo also kicks ass in a different way. I didn't gain this much weight this fast with beastdrol either and strength increases are nearly comparable.
 
I busted out some legs yesterday. Deadlifts and some squats, extensions, and Hammie curls.

My weight was 241.1 yesterday on the scale which is down a little bit, but I had an allergic reaction on friday night that I am still dealing with with swollen hands and feet that itch like crazy. My appetite has been way down because of it and can't barely eat any food. I have also been dehydrated inside with all the swelling. Given that my weight is still that high, that's a good sign.

My strength was definitley up. I felt really strong on deads especially since I did those first.

As far as the mirror goes, I defintely can see a noted improvement. My back looks a bit thicker and my arms are about 1/4" bigger around already. I look tighter overall and seem to hav epossiblky lost a little BF, but at the moment I look like crap because I'm swollen all over.

Loving the cycle thus far, it's ben awesome.

Yeah when my BP is up, I am very sensitive to allergies. It's weird. Hay fever and animals. I was at my brothers house and he has cats, and I swelled up like a water balloon and my eyes were burning too. I still haven't gotten over it.
 
Hit chest today on international chest day mondays, lol.


Strength was awesome. I said screw it with moving to 295 and went straight to 305 (with a spotter of course) and busted out 6 reps! Man that felt good! Then I busted out 100lb DB inclines for 10 reps.

Strength is so much better this week than last. 20 more pounds and could stil do 6 reps vs the 9 from last week.

Weight today was 241 even. I have struggled to eat since friday with the allergic reaction, but I am doing everything I can to get calories and protein. Solid foods are not sitting well with me right now. It sucks, but even with that, I am still stronger. Once this passes, I'm sure my weight will increase a bit more quickly. I do look noticably leaner though. My veins in my arms are noticably more visble and my abdominal fat seems to have decreased and the skin has tightened.

I can't wait til I start my deisel. Then beastdrol will be in the future if I can get my hands on it. I'm workin on stockin up now before its gone :(

Did an awesome delt routine today it felt great. Felt really strong and solid.

That's it really. I'm 16 days in and I am up nearly 9 pounds. For someone who already weighed 235, that's pretty damn impressive if you ask me.


Too bad these products (Dieselbolan, Beastdrol, Katanadrol etc.) are disappearing soon. :worried:

I am looking real thick and swole in the mirror. People are complimenting me everywhere I go telling me I'm really looking large. :supercool

But funny you say that, my girlfriend and I were watching a movie the other night and I was sitting with my chin in my hands, shirt was overly tight over my arms, and my GF was like "Wow, your ams are getting huge." That made me feel good, lol.
 
Drilled legs tonight. Weight was 243.4 today. Legs are starting to show some good vasculariy under the layer of fat. Once I get lean, it will be nuts. I never realized how vascular my legs actually are.


I haven't taken any measurements yet to report on size increases but I will at the end of week 4 with some pics. Arms are noticably thicker and tighter on my sleeves.
 
That's what I want some veiny legs! I have long chicken legs that are really lean but no veins I got like three in my right calf but that's just cause I jump really high...

Bust out some high rep squats like 20+ reps at a heavy weight and your veins will start getting big. My legs LOVE high rep heavy work.
 
I did a solid back workout yesterday. I was really freaking tired and had trouble saying focused because I did not sleep well I I have come down with a cold this weekend, but I still pounded through it. Man, my back is really getting strong. All my rows and pull down weights have shot up this last week. I was very pleased yesterday with the weight I wa moving around.

I am hitting PR's evey workout now and I am just loving it.

Weight was 243.6, about the same as the entire week, but I look much more solid and I have leaned out enough that i can tell a difference, though not all that dramatic. I am gonna have to step up my game at the dinner plate if I want to hit 250 lbs by the end of this. It's been a biotch to eat all this food.

Appearance wise though, I am looking much fuller, tighter and stronger than when I started. Yes, I'll post pics when I'm done with the first run here in about a week and a half.
 
Nice man! Thanks for the info. I have a question Buff, I have two pretty bad knees, It's almost impossible to do squats now-a-days. Leg extensions are even worse. I have Like the worst case scenario Jumpers knee in my left knee, and the back of my right knee feels like tendon problems too. How would you suggest I strengthen this up, and what excersizes should I do? The other day I went on a machine that simulated a squat and with the help of Jack3d Iwas able to bust out eight sets at pretty heavy weight but my knee really took a beating. Thanks again BUFFGUY!!!

I mainly stick to leg press and deadlifts myself. My lower back can't tolerate heavy squats anymore. Use knee wraps and don;t push it if it hurts too much, the next step after that is serous injury.
 
Had an awesome chest workout today. I didn't move up in pressing weight because last week felt pretty heavy at 305. I can't remember whether I did 5 or 6 reps on it last week but this week I did 11 reps for the same weight. Damn, that was awesome feeling nailing 11 reps at 305 and it didn't feel that heavy. I am moving to 3 plates next week and we'll see how it goes.

Man, I'll tell you what, I am ultimately impressed with the Dieselbolan and Katanadrol stack. I knew Beastdrol is seriously strong stuff, but this combo rivals it.


Weight today was 244.1 lbs. I have also noticed I am definitely leaner. I have lost a little BF and have gained nearly 10 lbs and strength is kicking ass. Man, it doesnt get any better than this.

I will have updated pics up next week.
 
yah bro i agree.. im on diseal and tren right now ..im up 5-6lbs and down bodyfat...and up in strength... its amazing! loving this shit!

Last wednesday I hit back hard and felt realy strong, breaking PR's every day.


I missed legs saturday though, so I was not happy about that.

Yesterday, I did a chest workout and let me tell you that I was EXTREMELY happy with where I was at.

Weight was 245 lbs.

I was repping 305 last week for 11 reps, and I skipped 315 and went straight to 325lbs just to really push the limits this last week of the Dieselbolan and Katanadrol.

I repped 6 reps after bumping it up 20 lbs in 1 week!! Screw 215, 325lbs for 6 reps! Fuck yeah!!!!!! I was extremely happy with this and was very impressed with where my strength has gone on this run. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better.

I am up 10 pounds, even with a terrible appetite. I have been calculating my calories the last week and I am only forcing in about 2800-3200 calories and have been gaining solid weight still, and have even leaned out slightly while increasing total body weight. I really would have gained another 5-7 pounds, (some of it fat) if I had been able to eat as much as I have been aiming for. some times th ethought of food just makes me sick. I wonder if my body is fighting my body weight. dunno.

Anyways, I have been overly impressed by the Diesel and Katana stack.

I have decided to wait until next wek to post pictures. I figure 1 week past being on them will show the true amount of fulness and size my body has gotten without being extra full in the muscle with having them in my system.

judging by the mirror and the countles comments I have been given the past 2 weeks, I have defintiely packed on the size.

Alright so here is an update pic:

It's just a quickie. Bigger traps, shoulders, chest, lats, tris, everything. The pic doesn't show all of those, bug you can definitely see the size.

Taken today at 243 lbs. The lower BF, plus coming off and losing a little bit of water totals out to 8 pound total gain, but losing BF the actual muscle gain is over 10 lbs!!

Arms are measuring a hair over 18" which is a touch over a 1/2" increasing on the arms in the 4 weeks. Not too bad!

The obvious improvements by looking at the pic are the traps, and the shoulders. Even thought my left shoulder is in the shadow some, you can definitley see how wide and full my delts are now. It kicks ass!

I can even see some abs in there too. Before, there was no chance, lol.

What you can't see is how much bigger my tri's are. They have really come along. The lats have gotten noticeably wider, back has not got quite as thick as I wan't, but in due time. They have improved, but who doesn't always want more?

I missed legs twice. I usually do legs weekends, but I switched it just this week because I miss weekends about 30% of the time. :(


However, I just threw the tape on them after reading this post and they are about 3/4" bigger. I do see a god improvement, but they are still behind the upper body. These long legs, even after gaining some good mass, just still don;t have that BAM look to them. Long legs suck for BB'ing.

I'll get some pics of them soon. I have a more aggressive leg training schedule lined up. I moved around my lifting days so I am doing legs 2X per week while still keeping the upper body the same amount of work. Upper is getting as much attention as it needs.




what's preventing me from leaning out right now is the fact that I get very paranoid about the scale going down. I hate it. Plus, cutting makes me look flat as hell until I carb up and all of those things really drive me nuts. Plus, I hate dieting and cardio. Lol. I just need to tighen the diet a bit. Lately I have done pretty good, but before I started, my diet was "everything" and that's why my BF got so high, which also pissed me off.

I need to gain more lean mass and hold it for a while so that when I do eventually cut, I will have as much mass as I could ask for while being ripped.


I may be doing a show for the first time at the end of March next year, so I am trying to schedule myself to bulk until the first of January and then go on a contest prep until the show and see what happens.

I would love to see a cutting log too when you get to that. I am about to start cutting after my Diesel stack and would love it if somebody else was keeping a log too to help keep me motivated. Traps and shoulder are looking great bro. What do you do for traps....shrugs, deads, etc? I have always felt like my traps were a lagging bodypart so I would love some advice!

I sneeze and my traps grow.

I honestly just did 4 sets of shrugs to failure, 1 set at 315 and 2 sets at 405 nd another at 315 for the last set, once per week and they explode in size like this. I wish the rest of my body responded so well. It's my one really gifted body part.


I avoid shrugs usually, because this always happens and it gets disproportionally large real quick. If only my legs responded so well.

Deadlifts alone keep them up to par and usually leave it to that.

Hahaha, thanks bro. I gotta lot of work to do, but it's coming along as good as I can expect.
 
Update.

Nearly done all 12 weeks.

Weight is 241 at about 11% BF

Started at 235 at 14-15% BF, bulked to 245 at about 16% BF, then tweaked carbs to dial in the fat loss and keep the size.



From 235lbs at 14-15% BF to 241 at about 11% BF is great gains!!!

That's a solid 11 lean pounds in 12 weeks on an already decently developed frame. That's totally kick ass if you ask me. Yeah buddy!
