Alright, I have been busy but have still been hitting the gym.
Last wednesday I hit back hard and felt realy strong, breaking PR's every day.
I missed legs saturday though, so I was not happy about that.
Yesterday, I did a chest workout and let me tell you that I was EXTREMELY happy with where I was at.
Weight was 245 lbs.
I was repping 305 last week for 11 reps, and I skipped 315 and went straight to 325lbs just to really push the limits this last week of the Dieselbolan and Katanadrol.
I repped 6 reps after bumping it up 20 lbs in 1 week!! Screw 215, 325lbs for 6 reps! Fuck yeah!!!!!! I was extremely happy with this and was very impressed with where my strength has gone on this run. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better.
I am up 10 pounds, even with a terrible appetite. I have been calculating my calories the last week and I am only forcing in about 2800-3200 calories and have been gaining solid weight still, and have even leaned out slightly while increasing total body weight. I really would have gained another 5-7 pounds, (some of it fat) if I had been able to eat as much as I have been aiming for. some times th ethought of food just makes me sick. I wonder if my body is fighting my body weight. dunno.
Anyways, I have been overly impressed by the Diesel and Katana stack.
I have decided to wait until next wek to post pictures. I figure 1 week past being on them will show the true amount of fulness and size my body has gotten without being extra full in the muscle with having them in my system.
judging by the mirror and the countles comments I have been given the past 2 weeks, I have defintiely packed on the size.
