Hit chest today on international chest day mondays, lol.
Strength was awesome. I said screw it with moving to 295 and went straight to 305 (with a spotter of course) and busted out 6 reps! Man that felt good! Then I busted out 100lb DB inclines for 10 reps.
Strength is so much better this week than last. 20 more pounds and could stil do 6 reps vs the 9 from last week.
Weight today was 241 even. I have struggled to eat since friday with the allergic reaction, but I am doing everything I can to get calories and protein. Solid foods are not sitting well with me right now. It sucks, but even with that, I am still stronger. Once this passes, I'm sure my weight will increase a bit more quickly. I do look noticably leaner though. My veins in my arms are noticably more visble and my abdominal fat seems to have decreased and the skin has tightened.
