In the post above, Omega is great man. Between Omega, Needto, Alcatraz, Dabuffguy, And some special members of a certain group I wouldn't know what I know and just knowing these guys really want to teach others is a great thing. Feel lucky you are able to view this stuff, because others pay dearly for this info. Seriously, people pay 15-50 dollars for knowledge like this through books, and other means.

Gotcha! One more question that I was thinking about. I understand that the endoamp and toco-8 are used on cycle to help reduce catabolism during morning cardio, but whats the benefit of using it with the 1-t and icon instead of post cycle with the sustain?

Question (hand raised)....... say you have some people here who are bigger than they should be, you know that nasty F word and not what you do in bed, should this person be taking a, what I call a super supplement (prohormones). Wouldn't that build muscle under the fat. This is for the beginners out there, not unlike myself for one. Shouldn't they (we) focus on losing some inches before we gain some inches in other area's. Just a thought that has occured since some here might be in this gray area that has been found. By that I mean the difference between someone starting out and someone who is well into a lifting routine.

Price is about the only reason Why I would not say to run them both all the way threw. The products have many uses and during pct they can be very effective. When putting the stack together I thought about price. I thought about best bang for the buck and this is the reason I did not say to use them all the way threw from start to the end of pct. I know a lot of people do not want to spend to much. It sucks but its the truth.
