1 serving fruit punch waxy maize
4 or 5 frozen strawberries
double serving of sups 911 choc protein powder.
1 serving sups 911 bcaa's
3 ice cubs

We start of this cycle early in the dark early hours of the morning. At which time you are ready to start your day. This we will call "Phase 1: The Power Hour" of the cycle. It's time to start your day and get your body into an anabolic and fat burning mode. Wake up, have some coffee or what ever it is you do. Now take:
1 dose LipoStim3, EndoAmp and Toco-8.
Wait 20 minutes to wake up and get your ass to the gym, running down the road or however you get there. It's time for empty stomach cardio!!!!!!
With the added fat burning effects of LipoStim3 and the anti-catabolic effects of EndoAmp and Toco-8 this is your Power Hour to assassinate fat with out having to worry about sacrificing muscle mass.

Now Phase 1 has passed and I bet you feel great. There really is something about getting up and getting out to the gym in the early morning. I fondly remember the early morning runs when I was in the army. I would get home and jump in the shower.
