Here was a typical day @ 5'9 210lbs 30% bf totally sedantary
breakfast
-Piece of diary queen ice cream cake(im not joking)
Lunch
-2 pizza pops or 2 mini pizzas
-3-4 creamsicles
Dinner
-Giant helping of lasagna
After dinner (this is where it gets sick)
-more ice cream cake
-pie
-more creamsicles (maybe 4-6)
Basically you can see I had more than a little bit of a sweet tooth
This diet and 6 days a week of cardio (30min 70%mhr type stuff running,elliptical) on top of my lifting took me to 160lbs 10% bf
Breakfast
-bowl of honey nut cheerios
-english muffin with low fat jam
(workout,cardio)
Lunch
-6oz chicken breast
-salad (no dressing)
Snacks throughout the day
6-8 cheese rice puffs (little puffed up cracker type things)8=60 calories
-granny smith apple
-cut up celery,carrots,green peppers
Dinner
-12oz chicken breast
-1/2 cup corn pieces
-1/2 cup peas
(am not a fan of vegetables but this I can handle)
I no longer follow this diet since it takes alot of dedication and I mistakenly thought more mass=more muscle (see above post) When im done my cycle I am going back to something similiar though im not going to be as strict I dont think, at least not at first
