I'm 6-2 225 w/10%bf and have been lifting for 6 years and have added 50+lbs of muscle naturally since I began. My gains have platued and i'm going to begin my first cycle in febuary. I've pretty much completed my blueprint with only winny or anavar or both at different times being the question.
sus 250 @ 500mg/wk 1-10
deca @ 400mg/wk 1-10
anavar @ 40mg/ed 1-5
winny tabs @ 50mg/ed 6-10
hcg ( if balls shrink or gains halt) wk 8&9
start proviron wk 8 or 10 depending on use of hcg or not
start nolvadex week 10 ( earlier if needed)
start clen week 11 2on2off
start clomid week 13 ( 300mg/day 1, 100mg/ten days, 50mg/ten days)
creatine taken throughout
hope to gain 15lbs of keepable muscle. Diet and training are in line. what do you guys think. If opinions are given, give the logic behind them please. I don't want to use dbol on first cycle. I will use second cycle if I don't like my results.
