Creatine: Good addition to AAS or waste of money?

I am wondering if Creatine really makes a differnce while on a cycle. I mean , Probably like adding a K&N air filter to a Dodge Viper, probably irrelevant in the scheme of things? Any vets here truly believe in Creatine? And do you cycle it?

thats a good question. i heard alot of guys take it after a cycle to try to hold some water and hold on to some extra size . BUMP .. i would like to know as well..

I am finishing up a Anavar cycle now. I been taking Creatine for about a month now. I have no idea if it is really effective or not since I am still on Test and Var and HGH

I like Creatine best when OFF cycle as a boost then when I really need it most.
