Computer Restore CD

I just got a laptop from BestBuy but since it was an open box buy. .. No software came with the laptop... I was wondering if there was way I could make a restore CD ..A cd like the one's that restore your computer to the factory settings and if you can how ???

Oh i already called gateway and they were no help

what type of puter is it?call the factory reps or the customer service line they all have one and if you can find one just get it from to pirates you bought the puter from,they will be able to walk you through the steps to restore everything
