Coming off of steroids: ARG! I'm Tired!

take it easy and go for reps

last time i took a rest I lost some gains.shyte I sugest
drinking alotta water alotta vitamins and supplements
even doing reps of 20 would be better than doing nothing at all do a lil cardio just take alotta naps.
I'v considered taking taking some HGH and t-3 right after a cycle of juice.I like creatine after a cycle it kina helps<hehe peace:fro:
 
I can relate. I been on pyramid test cypionate cycle maxing at 750 mg./week. I'm dropping back, despite the fact it is self tapering. I just didn't want the big crash with my first cycle. I've been on way too long, since March 25, but still have some left for this month. I'm down to 250 mg. for last week.
I noticed that you said you took the clomid throughout, but I have mine for the end.
Being 43, I didn't gain a whole lot weight wise, maybe
10 pounds. I gained 30 on creatine and protein alone over the past several years. My strength increased about
25%.
I started the test. as a HRT, but ended up doing cypionate and Testoviron Depot.

You are suffering from what is called "Metabolic lag". This is the post cycle period when hormonal levels are decreasing without natural levels rising and stabilizing yet. This is the time when a layoff is in order. A one week complete lay off with one week of "active rest". will remedy the problem.
 
realize your body has been put through stress when on steroids, and when going off, bringing your test levels back up is also very hard on the body, so yes, you are going to be tired. Make sure you fight it and lift still, don't get lazy working out.
 
It is very common, but you will rebound. Like the guys said take a week break, eat right (don't get lazy in this area) and relax. By the end of the week you will be foaming at the mouth to get back to the gym.
