College questions- Transferring credits, etc.

How do you go about finding which classes will transfer from uni to uni? For instance, here's my schedule right now...will all of these classes transfer to most state schools to fulfill gen. requirements??

Also, if you have 24+ credits (the usual amount to transfer) do they still look at your high school GPA in determining whether you will get into a school? ACT/SAT scores?

I betcha it's different from school to school. I know that in Canada though I think they look at your high school marks too. I would imagine the SAT's as well. Good luck bro.

Contach the office of admissons, or your registors office.

Do a search for the schools website. Then look at admissions requirements. Those classes would most likely transfer.

I'm not sure which schools I would consider transferring to yet. That's the problem. Thanks for the help though.

Im sure most of your general classes would transfer to any other university. But to be sure, I guess you should contact someone at that school.

Usually, they will try to transfer any class over though if they can

you have to send the transcripts from your high school and current university to the new one you are applying too. they will take your high school gpa and SAT's into consideration if you are only a freshmen or sophmore in college and if your grades are a bit 'iffy'.
