And YES, I drink a ton of water everyday. 1 gallon down by 2pm daily!! Sodium intake is not really an issue, I eat extremely clean.

Currently: (In week 11)
wk 1-12 500 Test E / week
wk 1-12 800 Primo / week
wk 10-14 Avavar 75mg / day

wk 3-14 AIFM - 1 or 2 sprays a day
wk 3-14 Nolva 25mg eod or as needed

i dont know how well AIFM works, but i would lean more towards Letro. Also you say that you eat clean, what does that mean? Can you post your diet and your stats, your training? I found that many times (not all) that when user thinks he has big cheeks due to water retension, its not water but actually fat.

Letro results in an aromatase rebound upon cessation, so use AIFM after you are done with letro..

Letro is definitely stronger and will shut out too much estrogen at certain doses..

might want to read his update (posted just above your post).


AIFM works very well, its not as strong as letro and has a different suppression profile (which IMO is usually a good thing). Generally reccomend AIFM or AROMASIN during cycle with letrozole on hand, if you find you need high level suppression.
 
Spring time is just around the corner where I am at. Soon the refreshing scent of peppermint on crack will awaken me every morning when I rub yohimburn on my face. :p

Decabol even at 250mgs is causing facial bloat I just didn't want. Blah. 5 more weeks and then I'm going to give my face the yohimburn treatment. Which would you recommend this time around Macro, df or yes? I've used both with success, but which to really knock the bloat out quick.

I'm not Macro, but my vote is for ES. I'm on ~600mg/week of Test E and my face was bloated badly. 2 weeks on ES has made a very big difference.

For those who questioned AIFM - I can't say enough good things about the product. I used Arimidex back in the day. I've also used Aromasin and Letro. For me, Letro is too extreme. Over suppression kills my sex drive. I have better results with AIFM than aromasin, and there is no comparison to Arimidex (which didn't work at all for me).

I'm still not Mac.....but the answer is yes. I started using YES before adding cardio to my routine and I noticed a difference. I was applying it in the morning before leaving for work. For best results, you need to be in a caloric deficit. Are you weight lifting? If so, apply it about 30 minutes before you lift.
 
Thanks 20ss02, no im not lifting any weight at the moment, but will continue very soon. I might start doing 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach asap, but it says to apply 30 minutes before cadio. How do i do this as i like to start running 15 minutes after waking up, and do 45 minutes. I dont like to go more than 1 hour without eating after waking up.
