Hey macro,

I promised to post an update on my experience with YES. Just for the record, I was the biggest skeptic on any product that claimed to deliver localized fat loss. I have used YES for 2 weeks now, only on my cheeks and I am now officially a convert. Your product fucking rocks, in two weeks it blasted off the fat that i could never get wrid of before, i never had any problems droping down below 5% BF but the fat on the cheeks would just not go away, application of YES before cardio and weights workouts blasted the fat off my cheeks.

YES is an awesome product

aromatase inhibitors, like aromasin or AIFM (generally reccomend against arimidex because for many its suppression profile lacks potency- great suppressor of estrone, poor suppresor of estradiol) will decrease water retention in the face. They wont do much for fat loss, at least not in the short term.

cutting carbs will reduce water retention, however long term this diet is not particularly healthy and will generally lead to greater insulin insensitivity.

its better to increase your insulin sensitivity through exercise (primarily cardio) and supplementation (glucorell, EGCG, Sesapure, chromium-if deficient, higher potassium to sodium intake ratio, proper hydration, etc)

as a note- rebound fat gain from keto/low carb diets vs. low fat diets is significantly higher in several population studies, especially over the long term.

Mac, what do you think about the fact that reducing carbs in a diet(keto), it makes fat more insulin resistant and muscle more insulin sensitive, meaning it's less possbible to gain fat, the muscles being the primary target of the carbs intake?
