Cardio - Would this work?

Hey all. Im a Vale Tudo fighter in training. Im trying to cut weight with a high protien low carb diet. For my cardio, would kickboxing on a heavy bag for 45 mins straight work? Its a hell of a work out.

Anything that'll raise your heart rate will work.
