Can't get rid of my love handles and fat deposit in the lower abs

German

New member
I am 37 years old and have been lifting for more than 15 years.
My stats are 5'"11 at 210 lbs.
I started cycling 18 months ago. So far I have done 3 relatively mild cycles with low or moderate doses (Primo/Win, Sustanon/Win and Fina/Win/T3), but good results.
My diet is always lean, that is, I never eat more than 3000-3500 kcal a day, approx. 65% carbs, 15% fat, 20% protein.
I am not the bulking type of man.
I do cardio 4 times a week, 30-45 minutes each.

Well, my problem is that everything is fine with my body except my love handles and the fat deposit below my belly button.
Believe me , I have tried a lot: increased my cardio, lowered my fat and carbs, taken Clen and T3, done a cycle with Fina and Winny........ and the result: NOTHING
I even have the impression that it is getting worse as older I get.
I have not yet tried Anti-Es.
Does it have to do with age? Could it be genetics? My father was a marathon runner doing 10 miles daily and always had a belly.
Is it estrogen related? Should I try a cycle with ArimideX or Femara?
If nothing helps, well I am seriously considering a lipoaspiration.

I suffer from the same malady, I've found that good Estrogen management on a Fina and Winny cycle helped reduce it, as well as watching my intake until these cells literally shrunk. I'm doing more on this with this cycle even as I write, I'm in cutting phase starting this week and it's going to last 4-6 weeks.

I use Liquidex as well as Proviron on cycle (redundant I know) but the result is a shrinkage of these areas that points to Estrogen related retention.

My 2 cents, your mileage will vary,

Bodie

That area is the most difficult area to get fat loss in a male! Try doing 30 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Good luck bro!

I'm no expert, so this is more of a question than a suggestion, but isn't 3000 calories, at 65% carbs a bit high? I think I've read somewhere that you should aim for no more than 40%-50% of your total calories from carbs. Some people recommend a 40-30-30 split. Maybe you have already played around with your diet, but I just thought I'd mention it. Lipo is a big step, so I think it makes sense to exhaust all other options before going that route. Whatever you decide, I hope you find something that works for you!

Of course there are a lot of variables, but a midline questimation for maint caloric intake is 12*bodyweight, in your case thats 2520 calories/ed and since your consuming 3000+ that would account for you inability to lose fat. Additionally you may want to try and revamp your ratios to more like 40% carbs, 30% pro, 30% fats (good quality fats of course).

get the lipo, the benefits will last for life
Well, it is permanent removal of adipocites, however I wouldnt go far as to say it will last for life. after all, if the guy, by his own volition, is consuming 500 cals a day more than he needs he will gain back the fat.

I say cut your carbs and cals, bump up your protien and GIVE ANTI-E's a try. Between .25-.5mg EOD should be enough while you not on, more can be used while your cycling. Try varying your cardio too, do different activities, do intervals, etc...
