When i work out i can do each body part for an hour straight with little fatigue. Maybe fatige on a certain exercise. I use to feel sore at one point and i knew it was time to stop but i can add a couple more exercise with with little sorness.

Can you over work youor muscles? Or should i stick with the 4-5 sets with 10-15 reps

You can always overwork. Once your muscle glycogen stores are depleted, and your body has no more free glucose to use as energy, what do you think is going to happen? You're going to start catabolizing protein which is going to come from your muscles.

Also your muscle strength can go up faster on AAS then your tendons and joints.

I am 7 weeks into my second cycle. I really increased the intensity of my workouts but it got to a point where I was experiencing pain in some of my tendons and joints.

So I went into a cutter phase where I won't worry about adding strength but rather cutting some weight and maintaining strength.
