can u tear something in your bi, while injecting

i think i tore something in my bi, i injected with a 1 in 25guage, about 2 1 /2 weeks ago and its still not back to normal, it feels tight in there and is not swollen but does not have the same hardness or shape as my other bi, andi cannot curl as much with this bi, no real pain, just a little discomfort when working them, and no redness at all.

That's a good question. A while back, I shot my right bi and it hurt like hell (end of the fina bottle so there was some crap in there I guess). It swole up then went away but a few days after that it felt like I had a tear in my bi. I couldn't extend it without a lot of pain and it hurt like hell for a week. The pain was intense and it made sleeping difficult. Anyway, not sure if that helps but I'd like to hear more about this as well.

you cant tear from an injection, youi can irritate, abcess(like flex said), or hit scar tissue which is painful......

I don't think an inject could itself cause a tear, but possibly it could weaken the muscle thus making you more prone to tears. Huh? Huh?

I don't know about that one but i'd still highly doubt it.

I'd have to agree with FlexB. You can't tear a muscle from an injection just by the definition of how a muscle tears.
As far as an injection making the muscle more prone to tearing - I guess it's potentially possible in theory and could go something like this: if you injected a large volume of solution that did not dissapate, which would swell and stretch the muscle and increase it's resting tension. If excessively stretched under a load it could tear.
Do I think this could really happen? Probably not.
