Ok I woke up at my normal 4 am to roll over & take my Cardio Breeze ... then I thought "Hey, since I FINALLY got my StimX sample, I'm going to test it today ... " plus since I knew I would hate today b/c it would involved working legs :D

SO I laid in bed for about half hour playing with my cell phone (wtf don’t ask :rolleyes: ) and got to the gym about 5-5:30 and was ready to go …

Lemme just tell you that I had a KICK @$$ workout ... I had to FORCE myself to leave, STOP, save some for later.. I was go go go, in & out with the focus, but more focused than usual on a leg day ... to top it off, after I killed my legs, I go & do 20 sprints... TWENTY ... jogged a lap .. then limped a lap, stretched & I'm all good :D

SO, PWO I am high as a kite. I love the highs I get when I workout, and I do NOT attribute my PWOH to the StimX (b/c I get them often & man do they feel wicked good) but it sure did make leg day go very, well, AWESOME ...

A couple times I felt dizzy , but sipped on my Pre/DWO Shake of Gatorade & ISO which always helps me tremendously. The lightheadedness is not uncommon at times so I cannot pinpoint StimX having any play in that.

So here I am, CONVINCED this stuff is a must, esp for leg day, and WOO HOO I’m going to buy a few bottles to cycle with my faves (T-Trex & CB) then the ‘feeling’ comes… UGH MAN … I can feel when I’m stim’d up … and I HATE feeling, cracked out. Time frame wise goes like this … about an hour PWO, say 5 hours after taking StimX, I felt geeked & it progressively intensified.. then DSL at work goes down and I can’t get on EF to stay busy (Bunny without EF… eek) … WIRED!!! But those feelings make my skin crawl. I ate enough, drank enough, but I am just VERY sensitive to some stims … so around 12 – 1 pm I come down and now I’m fine. I was pretty insanely happy in the morning, crashed a bit in mid morning early afternoon, now feel kinda back to ‘normal’ … Called Ulter & talked his ear off about gawd knows what (sorry brah ;))

The reviews I’ve read have been mixed... as with anything. The sample has 4 caps .. I am going to try again tomorrow then (hopefully) over the next four days to see if some of the uneasy effects I felt fade, or they fade altogether … I’m glad I didn’t pop two , b/c I wanted to.

I must admit I have everything checked & approved before putting it into my body b/c of the “C” situation, but I just went for it with the StimX … which is NOT like me at all and I am VERY paranoid about that… you never knowing what’s in any of these ‘blends” unless you have it analyzed, which of course I must do.

In sum, during training AWESOME … Post training … Not so awesome … 8 hours later … “normal” …

Ya’ll know I can really get in tune with my body, and I can still ‘feel’ it … so I’ll try to update a little.

So Stim-X is a hit with you. I didn't get my free sample. Oh well... These days Cardio Breeze and Trex are enough in my system! I can only take 1 Trex, and 3 CB in one day. I don't use them every day either.
My body is more sensitive now to these things.

I cannot accurately make that statement since I've only tried it once ... :) Today was Day 2 & a little different ... I took it at 4 am, fell back asleep until after 6 ... I'll have to see how it plays out. More importantly, I'd have to run it for 2 weeks minimum to give a FULL assessment of the product and I only have a four day supply.

CB is my #1, T-Rex is my #2 ... TOO early to rate StimX but for leg day?? Like THAT??? and I did some more sprints today!?!?!? ? Hmmmm we'll see how it goes, I need more samples ... AX_Ryan?!?!?! Where you at brotha? :)

HELLO BUNNY!!! Drop by and say............................. :) OH MY GOD! Girl yr flying with these sprints!! I've started sprints too.. after reading yrs I felt inspired and jumped on the treadmill and had a good hour run.. but every 3/4mins I'd speed it up FASSSSSSSSTTTTTTTT!!!!!! for 1/2mins! Yes I was sweating! but the feeling is amazing especially on T-Rex! After I'd finished I was like better inform bunny!

So thankyou for eveything! I could never do this without all yr support! YOU GO GIRL!! you are an inspriation to eveyone! Think I might also order StimX sounds amazing! :)

Oh & STRETCH!!!! ALWAYS BEFORE DURING AFTER ... (always try to get in a 5-8 min warm up before strecthing though ... never RAW...) get the blood moving first

Aww you too sbt :) The good thing about cardio is that there is SUCH variety ... switch things up .. I'm on the step mill / bike / sprint kick & I'm feeling it in muscles I never knew I had lol :)

Yes, I need to be able to cycle off my EC with something that is similar. I love the T-rex for the thermo action I get from it and will continue with that, but need to cycle OFF EC sometimes.

At this time, (too early) I cannot even fathom taking a Stim X after 9 am lol ... seriously ... well yes I can, I have valium to knock me out :)

Yes, I know ... I just had this discussion the other day with one of my best friends (I met on here no less), referencing our previous conversations about alcohol & well, me... I can sense the surprise & content in his voice to hear me say "I am not drinking...", "Haven't had a sip in X days...", "Did you ever think you'd hear those words come out of my mouth?" ... "His reply ... & little laugh "NO"... the thought has crossed my mind to NEVER EVER take another sip again, but I am not going to commit to that ... I am more content with leaving it to special occasions/events etc... We shall see though.

I gave myself a major reality check last night.. it was undoubtedly needed ... and I'm sure over the next few months it will be a regular occurrence. Thank you for your support & understanding.

It's going SO WELL I don't want to break it!!! BUT I do anticipate a little indulgence very soon...which will be nothing less than purrrrfect … then of course, BACK AT IT :)

You are right though ... any sign of emotional weakness & both bottles could be gone.. easily ... I am very proud that is no longer the case.

Ischia, the green tea is for raising the metabolism without a stim effect. It's also a great antiox.

The oxycalm is actually oxytocin. There is a great writeup somewhere on here about it. It actually helps to calm a person and is the hormone responsible for making a person social....from experience it also gives me a great sense of well being.

The stimx is a new supp by anabolic extreme which I don't know much about as it is pretty new. Do a search on google for it and you can get their hompage....they will send you a free sample.

I can't say enough about the green tea, oxycalm and all the anafit stuff though.

My trainer was talking to me about this supplement which had a high amt of green tea extract and told me it would be ideal for the metabolism.... may have to pick some of that stuff up...

Where can you get it from? I have never seen it available on anafit!!!

I'm eating sweedish fish in my dream. I wake-up and I'm just like o.k......
