I believe I was actually the 1st girl on EF to try & post about oxy since there were not any takers during test runs .. I even posted a thread about it & said What the hay ... :) :D

I do attribute the START of this behavior to my oxy usage ... :D :verygood:

I thought that oxytocin is the hormone pregnant women release to produce milk and right when they need to go into labor (contraction of uterus).... isnt that kinda weird?? I read some stuff on the spray and they say it has many other uses but still its strange to me :p
 
I've been reading quite a bit about it lately. Between what I hear from you guys and the studies that I have been reading:

Strange yes, but I am very stressed, high strung, Not wanting to be on certain 'rxns b/c they don't work for me ... the potential increase in woman's sex drive is a perk but not the reason I use oxy :)

It does 'calm' me down, and have a very love drug happy, outgoing, trusting effect ... ALSO, T-Rex makes me aggressive, so it's helped with that too ... Now this is just 'normal' for me .. my highs & lows are still there, VERY apparent and nothing has ever cured me of anything ...

Whatever works, whatever helps, whatever makes things easier for me ... I wish I could swear 110% by something I've done/tried/tested in the past ...
but honestly ... the only thing I KNOW helps, without a doubt, for me, is a CLEAN DIET ... :)

This is the biggest reason why You M* and EF changed my life. If I learned anything it is that CLEAN DIET can do wonders. I will forever be greatful :)

I'm on the other side - I've been using oxycalm & frankly I couldn't tell u if it does anything or not.

LOL The only reason I'm getting in AM cardio is because of the classes I'm taking at the gym (e.g. yoga) to help all my aches and pains. Since I'm already there, may as well sweat some more.

I'm trying to decide ... I NEED to do a HUGE food PREP, I mean huge ... I think I need to do this when I get home, try NOT to eat the entire bag of walnuts while cooking, or munch on the tenderloins while grilling them :)

Possibly throw some brown rice in the mix & make some dang veggies ...

I have some shopping to do tomorrow, cleaning, errands, LAUNDRY like no otha .. hit the gym, hard (but I have to force myslef to go easy these past few days ... ) ... and try to not be on EF all day during my personal day :)

I wanted to get a mani & pedi & get my nails put back on ... so much stuff I WANT to do ... but I can't ...

OUUUU then my 90 minute Deep Tissue massage Saturday ... FINALLY THE DAY HAS COME!!! :)

Groats, wheatberries, quinoi, wild rice, brown rice, bulgur wheat, lentils, etc.... all make ahead/portion/freeze/nuke/eat and all huge flavors...

Yeah I just get numb to life on those days. Yesterday was a numb autopilot day, that I felt really accomplished at the end, and then the pendulum swung the other direction. I have definitely seen my own emotions up and down like crazy!

Good Morning everyone ... TGIF!!!


I feel like I was hit by a mac truck today ... Think I'm going back to bed, but not sure as I just popped 2 CB ... :rolleyes: Should be fun ... and I have SO MUCH TO DO TODAY ...

Until My Massage tomorrow, any and all weight training must be light to avoid any strain I may have on my pec minor, .. NOT pain ... ache & little pulling .. NEVER WORK THROUGH ANY PAIN, stabbing etc!!! (Which I will clarify, I do not have....) ... blood drawn again from left arm is a beeatch ... UGH, and the lady was NOT kind with the needle.. Not going into details with my issues with veins * needles ...

I am going to have to switch up to higher reps, lower weights, added cardio ... more running ... cal cutting ... this "transition" period MUST be done to meet a goal of mine in June, then continue on from there ...

BLAH ... I cannot stand lifting lighter weights anymore ... but lights weights 110% focus on form ... I'm going to make this all work, but getting over this hump is the hardest part ... been here too many times... always smooth sailing on the other end.

Gave myself my refeed last night, which is probably one of the many reasons I feel cruddy, but of course all healthy foods... there is nothing HERE unhealthy ...

Have to go for now…

Train harm… Eat healthy … “Smile fo me daddy”

This Bunny will be ok … need to go start the wonderful day now I just got my daily dose on Sunshine … lol :)

Good job girl!! I'm here with you... My inspiration of you in my thoughts is still at the top of the list of things in my head. You are helping to keep me going even through the trials I am having.
I have a similar issue with veins. I usually have to have a specialist because I have walked out with like 8 or 9 holes where they have stuck me with no luck. I still remember that day and my mom was so upset because I went in alone and I came out with black and blue arms and she started yelling at them.
I'm with you on the cardio sessions too.... I really had to buckle down this morning and try and not think about it.. but kept watching the seconds tick away.
As far as your pec minor..... Have you been doing some gentle warming and stretching with it? That muscle can be a big pain!!! If you can go into a hot tub get it warmed up nice and good, and use the stairs that you climb in on. Hang onto the rail with one arm and turn your body away from it, and it's a pretty good stretch. You could also use your other hand to help kinda hold where it kinks (hurts at) breathe into it and as it relaxes some you can stretch further. Another good stretch is the clock stretch. Keep the side of your body against a wall, arm straight over head. Use the wall like it's the face of a clock and your arm that's up in the air as a hand moving around the clock. Keeping your side firmly against the wall slowly start moving your upper arm back as your body faces forward. Position your arm back at intervals representing different placements on the clock face. When it feels tight hold it and breathe into it. Most people can't go all the way around unless they cheat by tilting the front of their body towards the wall or coming off the wall to move around. I give that stretch to most of my clients.

Anyway Have a great Friday girlie!!! Way to keep moving! :heart: :heart:

So you use VS? Do you have the keychain card too? I used them for my first 3 orders and then saw that someone on the guys board mentioned dps, so I switched. I get my orders in TWO DAYS from dps unlike VS, which could sometimes take 7-8 days :rolleyes: Pretty impressive!

I nearly fell off the couch ans was like Thank goodness it was a dream ... nightmarish status ... & I just remember being very scared & feeling relieved, yet afraid to go back to sleep ... It's so dang beautiful out, I did some random weights and got the heck outta there.. have to go back for cardio .. went shopping and YES!!! ... got me some new w/o clothes & shoes ... woooh ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!


Dick's had my PANTS!!!! Last two shopping experiences have been none other than fantastic .. what is GOING ON!!! Seriously .. I never have luck like that .. EVER....

SO dood at the cash register says, "Wholly crap..." when he sees my stuff... :D (It wasn't THAT much ... :rolleyes: ... ) I said, "This is what I do .. I train ...enough said" ...
He told me, You should come back when I get off so we could go out ...." What the?!
My reply, "Oh, you're in need of a trainer ... "
