Aries! Sup chicka! I'll be better tomorrow AFTER I go visit with one of the many docs, then hopefully get some bloodwork done ... I was SUPPOSE to go end of April, but one week will not make a difference ... going to try to 2birds/1stone tomorrow time permitting :)

I am counting down the days until my deep tissue MASSage this saturday ... HEAVEN ... I NEED to get adjusted as well, chiro ... a good 'cracking' is in order lol :) and not from any whips :)

I hope that everything is fine with the docs. Im so scared of bloodwork and doctor stuff. Probably b/c my whole family happens to be very prone to diseases and cancers. At least you get a massage--L-U-C-K-Y!!!
MH= all good!! We're both "human" again so we arent as crabby and there are no mood swings and definitely more "steam" on the bedroom windows LMAO!!!

POst show adjustment- well.... its ALL GOOD now since I started a new diet and working out again. weight didnt go up that much, very visible water weght gain in my tummy and arms...and the Boobies almost tripled in size. From like an A to a C... back to normal :) (im not kidding either) :p

You're welcome here anytime :) Only recently did the log turn into more of a daily conversation type place... which I absolutely love... :)

My logs are updated daily by editing ONE post and no longer posting meal my meal, workout by workout etc ... and the pages STILL grow. I love my log :)

Bunny, can i ask ya, or any lady in fact. MY GF is scared of loosing her ass, anyway around this? i hadda ask because u seem to lost ALOT of weight, but ur buts still great, any tricks?

Prior to being sick, when I was overtraining, undereating, doing too many abs & way too mcuh cardio ... I was, well 'skinny' ... I had a little boy butt ...

I completely LOST my ass during my 1st cut, and I didn't use use YES on it ... all Diet basically & in the end, minimal training of legs, b/c they get BIG when I train them ... genetically blessed in that area... and to get a certain 'look' I needed to minimize the size since my upper body did not have the size & V it does now... This time around I'm trying to accept it, but it proves difficult when that is the "trouble area" when trying to pursue other avenues (again)... so frustrating, but whateva ... I like having a little somethign back there now, along with a 6 pack, since I obviously lost all of my chest.

MM this time around, I had to build it back up with sprints, squats, plyo's, step ups, lunges, stairs, incline lunges etc (preferably WEIGHTED)... If she wants to lose fat, and well, there is fat on her "ass" then chances are it's going to go one way or another, along with the other fat on her body ... she needs to build it up by adding some muscle ... I stick to my suggestions above given you can SEE what it has done for my booty :)

Amazing bunns, thats all i needed to hear, Yea she def had little storage back there, but now its so tight. BUT mentaly she thinks its small now, wich is not even close to small.

Ill have her sqauting, she was doing box sqauts the other day(to train for the FULL ATF). Ill make her do some lunges as well. THANKS!

And yes we can all see what it has done to ya booty! thats why im asking lol!

High incline tread walking sure, I prefer Step Mill ... double stepping, KNEE UP, GLUTE SQUEEZE, intervals.... keep stepping ... and HOLD ON ... NOT hunch over & hold on, until she can get-r-done without hands & focus on pushing thru the heel only ...

Plyo work on a bench, toe taps .... left side of this page has some great suggestions too

I think you cannot go wrong with ANY AF products PERIOD... if you got the $$$ why not? If you're going to spend it, why not do it on something that works? and if NOT .. THEY will give you a refund, or should within like 30 days, no questions asked I think ... plus they are helpful and WANT you to succeed, not just gobble up all your money ...

My thoughts ... get there by DIET first, training second, supps follow... THEY ALL have benefits with me (the supps I take), my health condition & my daily life & routine.

Base your supp choices on your goals ... overeating (sesa), energy (CB/Trex), fat loss (sesa/CB/Trex/Lev, etc), strength & muscular conditioning/ health(Purecee) etc... :)

This is my style, and it's accepted. If I were entertaining clients or out on business I most likely would be dressed the 'part' ...

Don't worry about it Bunny. Honestly everyone has workouts that they feel they could/should have given more. Heck, my training partner Monster (yes THAT one from a long time ago on Elite) has weeks like that..LOL!

The point is, it's okay once in a while to not be with it in the gym. It doesn't happen often for me because my time is so pressed with my son/work/school/business, but when it does I usually just go to the gym and do something fun instead of BAAB (Bad Attitude All Business.)

That is the only time I usually play with machines.

The point being, don't get down on yourself. Even though everyone of us doesn't like to admit it, we can't be "on" all the time.

Keep your chin up Buckaroo. On that music thread a while back I forgot to mention the best band of all time to put in your ipod. Rage Against The Machine. Put on Killin' in the name of and you should be fine.

I'm still saying that number because you MUST REMEMBER, you should only use those numbers to measure yourself against yourself and not others ... every BODY is different. So with my recent progression, I'm looking to see a dip in the overall pinch sites specifically ... I can care less about the % ... however, I do care that I don't have an ounce of visible cellulite anywhere on my body & I fit im my skinny work pants ... just a little more fitted with this new muscle:) Feels great :D

ANYWAY :D ... No dummy questions, I'm SURE others have questions like you .. I am NOT talking about 'spot reducing' here ... but you can hit the legs hard, train the heck outta them and 'sacrifice lean muscle mass' --> Yes I HAVE done it quite successfuly ... (NO I will NOT say 'over train') and for you, I wouldn't go 'heavy' the weights if your legs blow up like mine do and have when you're wanting to 'shrink' them .. as i use that term very loosely ... I think you need to focus on adding size to your upper, open up the V like I did, which will not only shrink the waist appearance but even out the bottom if you feel you are thicker and that is an area of concern ...
Still using my rec's for leg exercises ... and if you can get in plyo's & sprints DO IT!

Thats what Im saying!!!!!! My legs are pretty big compared to the rest of me. I thought my upper body was ok in size..... just needed to be cut up more(at least I thoughts so). BUT you know what youre talking about so I will listen :) So I gotta go HEAVY on the top with weights?? Hmmmm... will do. You think like 3-4 sets 8-10reps??? I think the Booty it self needs MORE work than anything else :rolleyes: Im looking into plyo's and sprints in one second.....

^^ IT IS ok in size.. but you want to compare it to your lower body, which you know is not very proportional ... per your previous statement (NOT MINE) .. and I JUST DID THIS to help my proportions look more balanced ... and embraced the muscle mass on my legs as MUCH as I could take ... things worked out pretty darn good ... well ARE working out, I need to make some adjustments once I re-adjust my head ;)

I hit the back & hit it hard... my workouts were intense, still are ... I'm going to have to look at some things & get back you on my thoughts .. but when I bulked, EVEN if I did one body part a day, 2 a day etc... I was more 6-8 reps ... if I hit 10 I upped the weight ... too light ... I didn't have a set program i followed or planned out ... instictively things just happened .. it has been awesome ... I remember sticking to 3-4 (more toward 4 sets) and like I stated in the annoucement, way too much for some people to handle, but it worked for me ... very pleasantly I might add. :)
