This is rediculous!!! It's supposed to be in the high 50's, low 60's Fri., Sat., & Sun.!!! GREAT moving weather! :) - except for the rain that's coming with it...

HACK + HS DEADLIFT - Alternated b/w the two
• Hack No weight / 8 reps – rest – Deadlift No weight / 8 reps

I bought a bottle of 'smartwater' and have been using it to fill up on my work water cooler :) 1.5 L bottles ... im going to float away :jarswim:
