I love these things, Cook so much better in the wrap. I try to cut them in half and split the servings ... although it is hard :chomp:

Thanks, Bunns! The peel has ~80 cals and ~20g of carbs?! HUH??? :worried:

In my findings, 1 sweet potato raw (~ 8 1/2 inch long) has 130 cals and 31g of carbs....I like those values better. I'm taking a ruler to the grocery store next time :lmao:

You're so silly. But something I would do if I didn't prefer to weigh it :D

That type of a difference in macros wouldn't really impact my diet ratios & cal ratio anyway. As long as the choice is a healthy & EXCELLENT carb source (one of the best) ... I wouldn't worry too much about that hindering your progress.

I'm sure you already know this. :D

I just realised what I was actually reading that you drink 10-11 liters of water in a day? Holy crap. Your potty must be your best friend!

Yes, last night was my 'cheat' so i will increase water intake for that, day after a little higher as well. I woke up 3 lbs lighter though :D

General intake for me is around 8 L

I slept like a ROCK (for me lol) last night, thank you for asking! I think 9 hours at least :D

Sleep is great. I slept pretty good last night also!
Cheers to the water. I'm going to focus on taking in more starting today!
