dB has the worst work hours of anyone on EF. The poor fucker works like 5pm until 3am lol

I've been getting up at 4am to do fasted cardio. The hour of sleep I'm losing is starting to kick my ass.

I was a bartender for a long time, I totally understand the 5-3 shift. It's a different world, that's for sure.

I used to work at 7pm and get out at 3 am when I was working at a grocery store meat market many years ago!! Now that I have a career ,glad that crap is over with, I am too spoiled on 8am - 4pm ED with weekends off.

Right now I work 9-6, I'm not special enough yet to get a paid lunch hour.
